  The easiest way to glowing skin...

  Okay, so 80 bucks seems like a lot of money to plunk down for an at-home microdermabrasion kit...especially when everyone from Homedics to L 'Oreal is marketing a more cost-friendly version of what appears to be the same EXACT thing. However, experience (and lots of money not-so-well spent) has taught me that, in most cases, you generally get what you pay for. Case in point: a few months ago I finally made the decision to trade in my 99 cent ultra-black mascara for a high-end name brand version of the same product...I immediately discovered that mascara-induced racoon eyes really can be avoided! Who knew? After that, I vowed never to pinch pennies when it comes to beauty. Now there are, of course, some exceptions; my mother swears by Oil of Olay -as do I- but when you're talking about microderabrasion, a proceedure that can cost as much as $150 per session, it's hard to believe that you can achieve the same exact results with something that is a mere fraction of the cost... 5/5 Miss.   Lovely soft skin can be yours!

  At first I was hesitant to ante up the $ to purchase the dermanew system, but after a few friends raved about it, I decided to buy it.The system includes a battery operated applicator tool (batteries are included), sponge tops for the tool, and dermabrasion cream.You pop a sponge on top of the applicator, put cream on it and apply to your dampened skin. I set a timer for 3 minutes and work the applicator around the surface of my skin.The results are great! Dead skin is sloughed off, circulation is stimulated and the results are glowing soft skin.My skin looks lovely and feels smooth to the touch. It felt soft and wonderful after the very first application!Dermanew sells other applicator sponges and creams separately to use with the applicator tool on your hands and feet.Though the initial price tag seems high, this tool will last for years and help you to glowing skin!   The most overpriced and ridiculous thing you can buy

  I paid $70 for the DermaNew microdermabrasion system at home, and after using it for a couple of times I can honestly say that is not worth the money. You can accomplish the same results you get with this system, by using any other cheaper system for sale out there, like Neutrogena or simply rubbing oatmeal on your face!On top of that, you CANNOT find the replacement foam applicators for the face by themselves, the company discontinued the sale of applicators alone!???. Isn't this ridiculous?   I got this product to improve my skin, it does work but the sponges dont last very long so I just started using the micro beaded cream with my hands and that works just as good. If you dont have the money to buy the whole kit just getting the cream and using it as a face wash once or twice a week will do.   Could not live without it!

  I bought this for myself probably almost a year ago and it was the best thing I could have done for my skin. My skin has never looked better!! I've always had acne and just dull skin but ever since I started using this product my skin has done a total 180. When I started using this I received so many compliments on my skin and still to this day people claim that I "have good skin" So crazy! I use it religiously. If you want the results you have to commit. I use it every other day.   Save Your Money

  When describing this product, the term "microdermabrasion" is a definite overstatement. I was extremely unsatisfied with this product. The only thing this machine does is massage your face with its vibrating motion. I'm sure it removes a lot of dead surface skin cells using friction, but it doesn't do anything else. Not only that, but the crème they provide you is ineffective and has an unpleasant, manufactured smell.I did not notice any positive changes in my face at all. There are two different "applicators" you can use. A teardrop foam one, or one with bristles. Both of these did not improve my skin. These are not professional tools, but clunky exfoliators, and a far cry from the kind of microdermabrasion treatment a dermatologist would provide.The worst part is, if you want to be able to use the foam applicators more than once, without having them constantly loaded with bacteria, you need to buy a special foam cleaner liquid, which is just more money... 1/5 ZuluQueen - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)   Showed results after first use and can use without tool

  I have normal/combination skin that can be slightly oily on my forehead but I have major blackheads and bumpies around my hair line. I bought this Microderm., Acne cream without the resurfacing tool after reading bad review's that the tool broke right away. It worked GREAT with just using a pea size amount on the tips of my fingers and rubbing it in my face and neck for about 2 minutes. I had noticeably smoother skin to the touch and I could see a difference in how even my skin tone was after the first use. The blackheads are still there but have faded. I had slightly dry skin around my chin area after the first couple uses.   I normally get Microdermabrasion treatments for acne and thought I would give this tool a try in between treatments. Tried the product for 3 weeks and did not see any results.   I am sorry but this product will disappoint you. The item is a cheaply made plastic piece of junk. The instructions are very lame and do not actualy explain what anything is or what they do. For example the device has a red light that comes on and no explanation what that red light means. It's like it has two settings but no idea what you are doing. The item does not spin or do anything other then lightly vibrate. The microdermal abrasion cream is very good but you would get the same benefits using it with your hands - the vibrating thing does nothing. The full body pad and body pearls are crappy and you can barely feel it doing anything and the moisturizing ointment felt like I was rubbing sand on my body. Please do not waste your money on this item - if you get anything only get the microdermal abrasion cream. The device is horrible.
