  More comfortable than molded masks

  I have a large yard to mow and collect leaves from and also suffer outdoor allergies even if the copious amounts of dust generated by these activities wasn't a problem all by itself. The molded masks just don't work for me. They are not sized and the one-size does not fit me--too big. Plus, I wear glasses for yard work instead of contacts because of the dust, and the molded masks fog them up so badly, I can't see, so I quit wearing a mask and suffered the consequences.I began a search for an alternative and decided to try these. I'm really pleased with them. My glasses don't fog up as much, I like the ear loops better than the elastic behind my head and they aren't as hot as the molded masks.There's a little wire inside the top so you can customize the fit around the bridge of your nose and this mask doesn't feel so confining. I feel I can breathe more freely. Also, the skin under this mask is apparently better ventilated since it doesn't get aggravated... 5/5 C. G.   I started out with the variety pack i got as a gift, and i personally like the black pearl best for the skin-whitening.For those who can't read Chinese. these are the steps to use these masks. wash your face/makes sure it's clean from oil/dust. Then leave mask on your face for 30mins[the side where it sticks to the foil is the one that should go on your face.personally i keep it on till it's close being dried out, about 45mins.], then throw away mask, rub the rest of residue into your face, and let it dry, no need to wash it off!   Overall, I love these masks. I love the way my face feels the next day, but I do think these can be a little bit oily. I love the way my face feels after I use these masks, very refreshing! To the touch my face feels soft, but even a couple hours after putting the mask on I look "shinny" or "oily". I don't really feel oily, but I definitely look like it. But after a nights rest the oily look dulls and I am left with a soft face.   Where have you been all my life?

  I am 32 years old with extremely sensitive skin. I have acne, eczema, large pores and my skin will dry into a red rash due to changing weather or caused by some products. No amount of Retional, Accutane, Protiviti, Clearisil etc etc has ever taken care of my problems.I just used this mask for the first time (with applecider vinegar) and my skin feels super soft. My pores have shrunk to the point that I am using one of those (horrific) magnifying mirrors and they still look small. I did feel the tightening and pulling that others have described but it was satisfying to know the product was working. My face did turn red immediately after the treatment, but that faded within 20 minutes.   Let me tell you...if you ever want to know what it's like to have a black hole on your face then all you have to do is get this product. If you mix it just right not only will you feel pulsating and tightening, you will feel as if your face has moved( such as your lips puckering) but it really hasn't. It's pretty amazing.   Really fantastic stuff, has multi-uses.

  I've been using this for years and it is fantastic and nothing short of miraculous. I've used it on poison ivy, eczema, zits, blackhead, large pores, bruises, chigger and bug bites. I had a very severe bout of poison ivy, so I mixed up a large quantity of this stuff (cover and put in fridge any stuff you mix up,) and every night applied a pack and covered it with paper towels which I taped it down to keep in place & slept with it over night. The next morning I hosed off the dried clay and could see the poison ivy was losing it's punch, less ooze, itch & redness. This stuff pulls the toxins out of your skin! Would be great for teenagers troubled skin as it's the best clay to use on the face. I apply a thick layer and let it completely dry.   I've used this mask a few times and I'm satisfied. It's not a miracle-worker, but it feels very good. It goes on nice and cool, and dries slightly without hardening. It really feels like it's purifying your skin! I don't have sensitive skin (mine is combination and pores clog easily), but it makes my skin red for 20 minutes or so afterward. I've since stopped using it on my cheeks, but it does a wonderful job on my t-zone. I'll admit, it feels a little harsh with the redness, but I really like how clean my skin feels afterward.   I probably sound like I work for Alba the way i wrote the headline, lol.. but in honesty I don't. However I do work in a spa, so I know some things about skin care and products...   Gave me a horrible rash

  I tried this facial mask and it stung horribly the first time I used it. But I thought maybe it was because I had been out in the sun that day. So I waited and used it again a few days later. When I washed it off the skin underneath was red, swollen, and irritated. The rash was so bad that I couldn't go out of the house all day, and ended up laying with a bag of frozen peas on my face. I don't have a history of allergies. I would not recommend this product to anyone.   I've used this mask for years. When I was younger (teens and early twenties) I had oily acne prone skin and used the entire Proactiv system. Now that I'm 30 and my skin has dried out, I use this mask once, or twice a week to clear my pores and to calm inflamed pimples. It works best after a shower when skin is soft and the "gunk," in your Tzone is soft, too. I apply, hang out for twenty or thity minutes and rinse with warm water, or exfoliate with a warm wash cloth. Results are not permanent, but for a few days at least, bye bye blackheads.   I was once a Proactiv user and eventhough my skin is oily it became very dry. I quit using Proactiv and then realized I needed to use a spot treatment. I tried everything but it either left me looking blotchy or it overdried my skin. I ordered just this refining mask and use everytime I feel something coming on. It works over night! The only product in the entire Proactiv system that I actually saw good results with is this refining mask.I don't use the mask on my entire face, I just use it as an overnight spot treatment. I use a cotton swab to just dab a little bit on the surface of any pimples I have on my face, I let it dry, and I go to sleep with it on. It took me about a week to get the impressive results. I have very dry skin. My serums and creams were not penetrating into my skin to give me a hydrated look. Now I can easiy tell when the serums and creams are penetrating. My skin is much more even in color, hydrated, healthy looking. I apply the mask work into my skin for a few seconds and leave on for 15 minutes. Remove in shower and use a microdermabrasion product to remove dead skin after I rinse off the mask. I use a heavy cream on my skin after my serums to seal in moisture. The skin on my chest was pebble like and I hated it. This product has removed that look.   This product is amazing. It works great, smells great, is all organic and is about 4x cheaper than any other enzyme peel on the market (because it is half the price and twice the size). You can also get it almost anywhere. It made a huge difference on my skin and I would recommend it to anyone who has acne or a dull, bumpy complexion. The one down side is that it stings quite a bit, but it's supposed to do that.   Not suitable for outdoor exercise

  I bought this for biking to work, but found it completely unsuitable for this use until I modified it with scissors. The tiny pinholes for the mouth are completely inadequate if you are breathing hard from exercise, as is the small nose hole - I felt as though I was suffocating and had to take it off! To make matters worse, I wear glasses, and my breath, having nowhere else to go, was forced out through the top, fogging and frosting my glasses to the point of blindness.All these problems were solved after I took a pair of scissors and cut out a large hole for my mouth and a smaller one for my nose. Now I can breath, the fogging is cured, and the mask is suitable for biking, keeping my face warm. I like the fact that the mask attaches easily, with velcro in the back.   Half-Face Mask.

  The mask is made of neoprene, which makes it tight and so it fits nicely around the face. Glad it goes over the ears too, great for keeping warm, probably snow sports (I take no part in any) and those midnight jogs that you love so much.Only real cons are:Nose section is large, although this could be useful for some, so I suppose it's a good thing.There's a small label next to the strap at the back which got a little itchy, so I cut it off, problem solved.Overall, can't really complain about it. It does what it's supposed to, and has few solvable downsides.P.S. I did put it on upside down at first and wondered why it felt weird, so make sure if you are to buy this product, to check it's the right way up first. 5/5 James Henderson "J.   cool mask for cold weather

  I live in NYC and around this time of year (Dec/Jan/Feb) the weather can get freezing cold. This was the first face mask I ever tried purchasing and I feel it works well. I tend to wear a winter wool cap when I go out, and putting this on too protects everything except my eyes. The tiny holes by the mouth still let the cold air in but only a little, and when I exhale my warm breath takes up the space inside the mask and fogs up my glasses only minimally.I did not put 5 stars because the only problem I have is with the part that fits over the bridge of the nose. This section of the mask feels a bit rough on the inside brushing the nose and I would recommend taking some small tissue/cushion and placing it inside that area.
