    Where have you been all my life?

    I am 32 years old with extremely sensitive skin. I have acne, eczema, large pores and my skin will dry into a red rash due to changing weather or caused by some products. No amount of Retional, Accutane, Protiviti, Clearisil etc etc has ever taken care of my problems.I just used this mask for the first time (with applecider vinegar) and my skin feels super soft. My pores have shrunk to the point that I am using one of those (horrific) magnifying mirrors and they still look small. I did feel the tightening and pulling that others have described but it was satisfying to know the product was working. My face did turn red immediately after the treatment, but that faded within 20 minutes. I am VERY pleased with the result and will use this again frequently.I have used clay-based face masks before, including the bar and tube from Fresh, a mud mask from Sabon, and also fresh masks from Lush (the Chocolate clay one is my fave).     Let me tell you...if you ever want to know what it's like to have a black hole on your face then all you have to do is get this product. If you mix it just right not only will you feel pulsating and tightening, you will feel as if your face has moved( such as your lips puckering) but it really hasn't. It's pretty amazing. I leave it on for as long as I want or can take. It doesn't burn me or anything(though it did burn one of my friends with bad acne, but I think that was a good sign.) It just kind of sets me in stone. I make sure that when I mix it with Bragg's Organic Apple Cider that the texture is silky and whipped. No clumps! I have seen that some use water but meh...I say go by the actual directions.I think one of the misconceptions about a product like this is that your face becomes smooth when you scrub it off.     Really fantastic stuff, has multi-uses.

    I've been using this for years and it is fantastic and nothing short of miraculous. I've used it on poison ivy, eczema, zits, blackhead, large pores, bruises, chigger and bug bites. I had a very severe bout of poison ivy, so I mixed up a large quantity of this stuff (cover and put in fridge any stuff you mix up,) and every night applied a pack and covered it with paper towels which I taped it down to keep in place & slept with it over night. The next morning I hosed off the dried clay and could see the poison ivy was losing it's punch, less ooze, itch & redness. This stuff pulls the toxins out of your skin! Would be great for teenagers troubled skin as it's the best clay to use on the face. I apply a thick layer and let it completely dry.     Love it!

    I bought this clay mask because I have oily skin and larger sized pores. I applied a thick layer to my face and noticed the pleasant smell and slight tingling as the clay dried. When I took the mask off after approximately 15 minutes, I was amazed how easily the clay was to rinse off my face. My prior experiences with clay masks were pretty frustrating because the clay was always difficult to remove. Freeman's mint & lemon mask left a noticeable difference after the very first use.     Great item!

    I love the smell of this product. I have very sensitive skin and it has never broken me out or irritated my skin. My face feels very clean and smooth after use, and a little bit goes a long way.     Great looking skin the next day

    I bought this product at the store because it was one of the few clay masks offered to my surprise. When I put it on, I kind of experienced an itchy sensation on my face as the minutes progressed. I left it on for less than 10 minutes and rinsed off with warm water. Instantly, I could see and actually feel that my skin much softer. The next morning when I woke up, to my surprise, my skin looked extremely clear and well-rested. It's a great beauty tool to have, especially if you had a long day and you have that exhausted face. I would recommend this, but don't use it every day. It may irritate your skin.     It works amazingly!

    I bought this at the store the other day on a whim, because I have such horrible skin right now. My face is constantly breaking, oily, and my pores are huge.     My favorite Masque

    Amazingly enough, this inexpensive masque is one of the best I have experienced. I have purchased high end products and many different organic products to cleanse my skin from the health food stores paying more than I think necessary; this is far and away my favorite. I can't find it anywhere (I've been searching for several years), so I came online.Realize this is for oily skin. It leaves my skin feeling soft and shiny.     Very nice

    This item arrived very quickly, and I've used it a few times since I ordered it. It's very nice to use, with good results. Application is very easy and smooth, and it dries pretty quickly. It's also easy to wash off. My skin looks even better every time I use it. It looks smooth, toned and soft. I would be careful using too much, because it seems like it could dry your skin, but I haven't had that problem. After it's thoroughly mixed together, (it becomess thick) I apply it on my face and let it dry for 30 minutes.     In planted aquariums, the aquatic plants need root fertilizer to grow big and healthy. This red-cay is perfect for providing iron and potassium in D.I.Y. "root tabs". Because it's all natural and approved for skin use, you can be sure it's non-toxic to critters.I can't review its performance as a beauty product . . .     LOVE IT!

    This is one of the only beauty products I've ever found that ACTUALLY DOES WHAT IT CLAIMS TO DO. It removes oil and blackheads like nothing else, and HOLY COW, IT ACTUALLY DOES SHRINK HUGE PORES!I am "blessed" with really large pores -- enormous might be a better word, and I've always felt self-conscious about them. Whenever I'm going to go out, though, I apply the mint julep masque and give it plenty of time to thoroughly dry. I've been using it regularly for about a year and I am still thrilled to see how tight it makes my pores, and how smooth it makes my skin appear.     I tried other Queen Helene products and bought this one for my husband as he has dry skin problem. So, one day I decided to give it a try though I have combination skin.     I probably sound like I work for Alba the way i wrote the headline, lol.. but in honesty I don't. However I do work in a spa, so I know some things about skin care and products... Sorry to hear this about this other woman who said he had a bad reaction, but I have nothing but great things to say about Alba products, in fact as I'm writing this I'm wearing this mask right now, lol... I was actually looking online to reorder, and then I saw this only had one bad review, so i decided to take the time to write a positive one, so they don't get a bad rap from one person's bad review.... Sorry to hear this about this other woman who said he had a bad reaction, but I have nothing but great things to say about Alba products, in fact as I'm writing this I'm wearing this mask right now, lol... I was actually looking online to reorder, and then I saw this only had one bad review, so i decided to take the time to write a positive one, so they don't get a bad rap from one person's bad review.... I guess the thing is you should read the ingredients, maybe this other woman was allergic to something.. but they use top quality ingredients which I love because I am trying to avoid using skin care products with alot of unwanted chemicals... this mask is actually very gentle on my face, I have not experienced any burning sensation as this other person describes, but I guess everyone is different...     Gave me a horrible rash

    I tried this facial mask and it stung horribly the first time I used it. But I thought maybe it was because I had been out in the sun that day. So I waited and used it again a few days later. When I washed it off the skin underneath was red, swollen, and irritated. The rash was so bad that I couldn't go out of the house all day, and ended up laying with a bag of frozen peas on my face. I don't have a history of allergies. I would not recommend this product to anyone.     I really like this mask because1. its really cheap2. it gets the skin really clean3. it doesn't dryout the skinMy husband has really oily skin and i have fairly dry skin but it still works great for both of us. He uses it almost everynight, but I only use it once a week or whenever I feel like my pores are starting to get buildup.I also use this on my back (followed by a sand scrub) for the beach season or before wearing a low-back dress because it really makes the skin look clean/bright with a healthy glow. 5/5 A.     Nice mask

    This is the first clay mask I've ever used, so I can't speak on comparing it to other masks on the market.It has a nice, somewhat strong scent, and is very creamy and goes on smooth. I did have some trouble keeping it from streaking, leaving the mask a bit thicker in some areas, but overall it went on fine.It tightens some while drying, but not uncomfortably. It burns and stings a little, nothing too bad, but I imagine more sensitive skin types wouldn't like it.It leaves my skin feeling soft, and after using it for a few weeks, I've noticed improvement in my skin's appearance overall: less pimple breakouts, less redness. It doesn't close up pores all that much, but it's slightly noticeable.Overall, I'd say it's a great buy for the price, but it's not a miracle-worker. 4/5 M.     The Rhassoul Blanc Naturel Moroccan Volcanic Clay mask is amazing! After using the product my face looks so very clear and refreshed. I did not realize instead of water you can add Moroccan Argan Oil instead of water to make your paste. So I later ordered the oil. Both work fantastic! Great buy as it should last a while! 5/5 V.
