  Sephora gave me a free sample to try. I was quite skeptical. No home peel I tried ever did much to change my skin's texture or brighten things up but this product actually did. A little warm and stinging at first but it settles down after a few minutes. When I washed it off, my skin was tighter, smoother and my dark spots were slightly diminished. And that was just one application. It totally is pricey but it gives good results and is easy to use. So, I'm buying some more. I think classic 'european' facials are truly lovely things. More for the personal attention than anything else. A reasonably good facial will leave your skin smoother and brighter from just being massaged so much and this will duplicate that effect without the massage. Perfect for an evening of self-pampering.   Misleading Glycolic % Listed

  I dislike a product taking advantage of people by marketing their product as something it is not, and I also dislike that this product may mislead users into believing they are accustomed to a 30% Glycolic Acid when a real percentage of that ratio might cause some serious damage! I left Brazilian on my face 10+ minutes two days in a row w/o any incident, but my 1st use of a 35% Glycolic Acid Peel was close to damaging my skin in the most sensitive areas after only 2 minutes! BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING!Here's why I rated it low: This peel is marketed as a 30% Glycolic Acid level peel, but they add a neutralizer to it (the other side of the syringe), which severely reduces the actual acid strength. I read a review somewhere suggesting it might be as much as 10% strength in reality, but I'd be shocked if Brazilian Peels is even THAT strong.   At 46, this is what my skin needs, without peeling or pain!

  After spending over $40,000 (yes) for prescription products at plastic surgeons' offices and hundreds of over the counter products, I have to say that this gentle peel does what it says! The first time I used it, I didn't listen and put it on my lips and left it on for like an hour. Shame on me! My lips burned and peeled, but my face didn't suffer. Now, I use it for the designated time and after applying it from forehead to chest, I leave it on for 10 minutes. As a 46-year-old woman, I can see how it wouldn't be needed for someone in their 20's at all, but over 40, this works! My face is tighter all over (I do put it directly under my eyes and eyelids cause I don't follow ALL the directions), and it's lighter, like I used a hyperpigmentation cream (none of those work). The results last only a couple days, and you are supposed to use this once a week to achieve solid results.   Great way to test an expensive product

  I have never tried any type of glycolic peel before, so this product was a first for me. I followed the directions for application: 1. twist off cap completely 2. Dispense product in the palm of your hand and mix with your finger until product begins to feel warm 3. apply to your neck and face and leave on for 20 minutes 4. Rinse with water and pat dry. When I first applied it I felt a warm tingly sensation on my face. After a few minutes this went away and the only thing I noticed is it is very sticky feeling. I left it on for 20 minutes and after washing it off my skin felt noticeably softer, but I didn't notice much else. I went to sleep and in the morning I was excited to see a big change! Before using it I had a lot of redness and tiny red bumps (acne) all over my T-zone. The redness was gone and I had almost no acne, though some remained.   I started using this product on my neck because I had lost a lot of weight and, as a result, the skin on my neck started to look saggy. I applied it about 3x a day and saw nothing for about the first couple of days.....then BAM! By the end of the first week, I could definitely see a difference! At the end of a month, it was as close to having a face lift without the procedure as I could have hoped for.   I tried this, because it had good reviews and I found a very good price for it on Amazon. I did like this stuff, and it seemed to work as well as any product can for smoothing wrinkles and firming skin. But it does not last very long. I used it on my face and neck.   This is a fantastic product for people who want to get rid of fine lines and fade wrinkles! I first heard about this product on Dr. Oz, and I am so happy with his recommendation.The lines around my mouth and on my forehead are barely visible to completely gone.   Sounds like I wasn't the only one that this happened to. Talk about disappointing. I also waited and waited for this product and come to find out weeks later I get an e-mail stating they no longer have this product.I can not even begin to tell you how upset I was, well actually I still am.I can only rate this product 1 star, even thou I have never gotten the chance to even use it.   I compared this to many other bottles of Glycolic acid 30%, and this kit comes with a full bottle of the glycoic acid, plus a glycolic cleanser, glycolic toner, glycolic face cream and a fan in a nice zipper pouch. All this for the price of a bottle of 30% glycolic acid from other companies.You can smell and feel the glycolic acid in the cleanser, the toner, and face cream.   I always tend to stay away from chemical peels because of the horror stories I hear and because I have fair, oily, acne prone skin.I purchased the 35% peel just to try it; to see if I'm missing anything.   Great product. It is your first chemical peel with training wheels

  I have been using this product for a month to treat hyperpigmentation from pregnancy. I think the best way to apply this product is with a fan brush, with that being said I purchased my brush from a local craft store for $3 & it worked great. This product is a gel, but not in a thick hair gel sort of way, this product has the consistency of pancake syrup. If you apply this product & find it running into your eyes or down your face you are applying way too much product, all I needed was about a nickel sized amount of this gel to cover my whole face. I use the product every 5 to 7 days, and even though they send a small bottle that is enough for many applications.It is not advised that you exfoliate your skin prior to using this product. I wash my face with a gentle cleanser & then wait an hour before I apply the product. Prior to application I put petroleum jelly around my hair line, around & on my lips, and on the tip and corners of my nose.
