  The best that I've ever used

  I've been using these for a few years now and I love them for a number of reasons:1. The sheets are thick enough to absorb a large amount of oil and my face is obviously matte after use.2. Unlike tissue-paper-esque sheets, oily spots show up clearly so that it's very obvious which parts of the sheet are already saturated.3. The sheets have no obvious scent.4. The container is great. It's enclosed on all sides (unlike some booklets of blotting paper), so the sheets stay well-protected and clean. The tacky strip on the lid makes pulling out a single sheet much easier. If you accidentally grab an extra sheet, it's simple enough to fold it and tuck it back into the pocket (no waste).5. The price isn't amazing, but it's less than many inferior competing products that I've tried, so I can handle it.6. They're easy to come by and small enough to stash everywhere.   Great for oil absorption!

  I love these oil absorbing sheets. I found out about these from a fellow oily faced person that swore by them. I have tried numerous ones in the past and they either did not absorb enough oil or they left my face with a ghastly white hue because they deposited powder. The fact that the sheet turns clear once it has absorbed oil is satisfying...so you know if you have to use another sheet. Also, my makeup stays intact and appears refreshed after use.   I think these are the best blotting papers out there on the market. It's a two in one. Not only does it remove all the oil from your face, it also puts a thin layer of oil controlling powder on your face. I hate looking like I caked on powder and this stuff is great. I'm fair to medium in skin tone and have not had any problems with the color. I've used Natural and Translucent. These are so much better than anything else out there.   I am a guy with extremely oily skin, and I'm somewhat embarrassed leaving this review on blotting tissues, but these papers work wonders. Throughout the day, I constantly get that gross, heavy oil build-up feeling on my face, and just one of these papers does the trick (I've used some other brands before, and I usually had to use 2 sheets just to absorb all the excess oil).   Work well without irritating the skin

  These are very thin sheets of rice paper which soak up very fast. While this might be not sufficient for heavier oilier skin, it was perfect for mine. I did not have to wait for ages while the oil is absorbed like with the thicker plastic ones. Less contact, less irritation.   These papers work

  I've used a lot of bloting paper over the years. Mostly ones sold at Sephora or departmet stores. I took a chance with this brand, and it actually turned out better that the others. Keeps my make-up in place (I don't wear a ton, though). And, mostly, soaks-up all the oil & persperation on my face leaving a hint of matte powder, but just a touch.   great help for very oily skin

  This little and cheap paper works better than other brands, it works better even the the very expensive clinique version of this. In my case I have to use at least 2 to get the work on, but even though it does not seems to have any particular ingredient on it, it makes my skin to look healthier and more even.   Was I Really That Oily?!

  I tried the Clean & Clear blotting sheets, but then I found out they've got mineral oil in them. That seems odd since they're supposed to soak up oil, so why would I want to use those? I was looking for something that is just paper or whatever, with NO oil and NO powder. My skin is very oily and sensitive. The last thing I want to do is put anything on my skin that I don't have to. So I ordered these and wow! They're really absorbent! The oil is soaked up in a second. I need to use two each time instead of just one, but so what! They're large too, so you can do your whole forehead or nose/cheek area in one blot.   Having oily skin blotting papers are such a great invention for `a refresh'. The usual `blue plastic sheets' work very well - one sheet usually does the trick but I was intrigued by this natural paper product at apparently a very good deal.   Very nice, great deal

  I've used an assortment of blotter sheets (Boscia, Sephora, Clean & Clear) and these might be my favs. The little box is very cute and a nice size. I love the pink flowers and Japanese writing. They make me feel girly haha. I like how the box is square so it's smaller than most. The sheets are really easy to pull out one at a time. My favorite part though is that the box closes easily and actually stays closed! I think it helps that it's thicker because it's a square (the sheets are rectangular but arranged to fit inside the square box), so there's more for the closer to hang on to. We'll see how well it closes when it's emptier though. As for the sheets themselves, they instantly blot up oil and turn clear, so it's really easy to see where you've used them and use the whole sheet without touching oily parts to your skin again. But mostly I like the price- I paid $13 for 300 sheets, instead of $10 for 50 or 100 with the other brands.   I normally use Clean & Clear oil blotting sheets, but I thought I'd try this brand since 100 sheets for the price seemed like a great value. This blotting paper didn't really meet my expectations. They're basically just extremely thin pieces of tissue paper, oddly similar to the toilet seat protectors in public restrooms, haha. They did remove oil, but I had to use twice as many sheets as usual (and the sheets are even much larger than the Clean & Clear).   Having an oily face as many people know is quite unnerving and makes you constantly worry about how shiny your face is. With these they immediately soak up excess oil, and, depending on your level of oilyness, do it in relatively few sheets.   The other reviewer who said it wads up and tears when they wipe-- it's called blotting paper for a reason. When you wipe, you disturb your makeup. Good product, mops up excess oil with a few sheets. 5/5 L.
