  Oh, it works

  I've used this for several months and then stopped because it was so expensive. I noticed alot of wrinkles coming back. This product changes the texture of your skin and makes it more supple and young looking. It just give you a dewey radiance. It visibly reduces fine lines and tightens your skin too. I've tried ALOT of products and this one makes the most difference. It's so darned expensive though. It works best if you use morning AND night. I tried to stretch it by just using once a day.   Pump Clogs Up

  I bought this at the recommendation of my dermatologist. I use it once a day in the morning, and Renova at night. I also purchased a Clarisonic facial cleanser. The combination of these 3 products have done wonders for my skin in just a couple of weeks, so it's hard to say if the TNS serum would have done it alone. I will continue to buy TNS for the time being, but am giving it 3 stars for two reasons: (1) It is extremely expensive and only contains 1 oz of fluid. The bottle size is deceiving, and makes you think you are getting a lot more than you really are. (2) I am exchanging my first bottle because the pump does not work properly. It simultaneously dispenses 2 lotions (an orange gel and a yellow lotion), which you're supposed to mix and apply. The orange gel only emerges about 10% of the time. They told me to "bump" or shake the bottle to get the gel to come out. Well, for $250 an ounce, I shouldn't have to do ANYTHING. It should just work!   I've been using TNS Essential Serum for a few months. It's everything it promises. My cooworkers are shocked I'm over the age of 27 and I'm 40! The cost of $250 about made me have a heart attack but my skin at age 46 has really started to bother me after years of no issues. I noticed a difference even after a couple of days and have had many people even comment on how good my skin looks.   Smells Like Dog, But This Stuff Works

  My dermatologist recommended this product to me and I purchased a bottle from his office. I will warn you, it has no perfumes and thus the smell is a little tough to get past. I think the best description is having a freshly washed face licked by your dog. ew! But my doctor explained that the smell is because of the protein content.I was so pleasantly surprised to see a real improvement within a week of using this, and continued improvement there after. The problem with this product, if you want to consider it a problem, it's effective, but expensive. I'm on my third bottle and with the last bottle I was not quick about replacing it and went a month using other products.   Do NOT order from this company! The SkinMedica Dermal Repair arrived in some weird "shrink wrap" not original box. The jar was not sealed. When I opened it the product was yellow and the smell horrible!!! More chemicals go awry smelling.   Product has slight smell which goes away after dry. After using this and/or TNS Essential Serum for 4 months my skin is noticeably smoother and lines less deep. I would rate it higher except I think it is overpriced with newer stem cell products coming out now.   I have been using it for years

  This cleanser is great at getting rid of makeup and leaving your face feeling clean. I started using it a few years back on the recommendation of my dermatologist. So glad it is now carried on Amazon because that helps with the expense. It is a clear cleanser that has the texture of hand soap. It has a pump that comes with it. I found I was always pumping out too much of it and for the price just didn't feel like I should be wasting so much. I solved the problem by saving an old foaming soap container. I basically put in about 1 part cleanser to three parts water. Then when I use the foaming hand pump to dispense this cleanser, rather than its own pump, I get a nice lather that I can wash my face with and that works just as well. I end up using just the right amount of cleanser without wasting it and the bottle last ALOT longer. That way I can treat myself to a great cleanser without breaking the bank.   Once you get over the horrendous smell........a sort of unwashed male body smell.......that makes you want to wretch...........you will find that after a while your skin will look lovely and fresh when you look in the mirror in the morning.Although you are supposed to apply this twice a day.....I was economising and just used it at night...........so ...next time.........I will double the effect and go by the instructions.   I heard about this product from my facialist, who didn't even sell it at her store! I was warned about the smell (kinda like foot jam) so I was expecting it. The smell is nausiating but the good news is that it fades fast! I like to use this product with Elizabeth Arden's 8-hr Cream over it... it helps fade the smell and keep the product locked in and working. At the clinic of course the price of the cream was super expensive so I decided to search for it online. I purchased it from the BeautyStoreDepot on Amazon and recieved it in a very short time. I love the product and will continue to use it, i'm very happy with it, I saw results in the first week!   Plenty of Buck, but... no Bang :o(

  I purchased this cream upon the recommendation of a beautician at my local spa. My under eye skin has always been dry. I can also tell that Mother Nature is getting ready to bestow some wrinkles upon me in the very near future ;o)CONS:- after months of use, it has had ZERO effect on dryness and/or lines;- this product cannot be applied to upper lids; you will need another cream for that;- the cream has a custard consistency and is NOT absorbed into the skin; it actually lays on top of it; you wake up with it crusted all over your eye...yuck!- causes puffy eyes and itchiness; both go away within a couple of hours after the cream is wiped away; I could have put up with it had the results been as promissed (or, had there been any positive results at all);- price: $90 for .5 oz and zero results...hardly a good deal...PROS:- did not see any;There is product out there that works and does not cost an arm and a leg...The... 1/5 Shopper (USA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Skin Medica TNS Night Eye Repair-0.5 oz (Misc.)   You have to give it time and it only works to smoth out skin not for dark circles and puffyness

  It works but you have to wait a long time to c any results. I went thru the botle before i notice smoth skin around my eyes and I also used night and day.   IT WORKS!!

  I never leave a review for beauty creams because they never do what they advertise.....I change my my mind because this hands down works and I myself could not believe the results!!! I've been using this cream for six weeks now and I look like a different person. My skin is so soft and younger looking. I will be 41 next month and I look like I am 31. I am so happy with my results that I will not stop using this product. I cannot believe I finally found a product that does exactly what it describes. Yes, at first it will burn and it will feel like your skin is on fire but it will go away as your skin grows use to it. I am use to the burn because I've used 10% glycolic acid and that stuff gives your skin no mercy.I am so glad I did not give up on this cream and finished the bottle now I'm on my second order.   I wanted to take the time to write a review because this is an awesome product that works. It is strong however it is a good price for the strength when comparing to Renova or Refissa..If you are sensitive to strong retinols, use graduaally. If like me you have used retinol products before and have gradually gotten to the higher strengths, this is a good product for you and will save you money. The pump gives you exactly the recommended amount to use per night time. This goes on and sinks in and is not only not greasy but it sort of gives a drying affect which for me is perfect since I am acne prone. Since this product is not greasy it has cleared up blackheads around my nose. I did experience some peeling but no reddness. I would recommend this product as it really does work and is a great price.   Product is very strong, have been using retinol .5for at least a year and it truly peeled my skin off. Took about 5 days for it to heal.
