  Just like the title says, you get the most bang for your buck. As far as the product is concerned, I switched back to Proactive after a 2 yr hiatus.   Great Lotion

  I love the proactive micro crystal lotion. I thought it was a very good deal for the 4oz size! You would probably pay at least twice the price for it in a retail store. I have used a lot of products to try and heal my acne and this has really helped. I do not use the whole proactiv set but I use this every morning after i wash before I put on my mosituring lotion.   If you talk to any dermatologist worth his or her salt, they'll tell you there's no point in washing with a benzoyl peroxide cleanser, because when you rinse it off, you rinse off the expensive medicine too! Why bother with the whole Proactiv system; it's absurdly overpriced. That said, their lotion is pretty much irreplaceable, since it has the medication in a lotion form, which is exceedingly rare.Use Purpose or Cetaphil cleanser with Proactiv's lotion AT NIGHT. In the morning, use the same cleanser, but you'll need to use a moisturizer/sunscreen combo to prevent skin cancer, so you cannot use this stuff! Try Aveeno Daily Moisturizer spf 30 or Neutrogena Healthy Defense spf 30 or 45.   Expensive, but effective

  Proactiv is the only product that has ever cleared my skin, and I think the lotion is the most important component of the "system". (I only use the cleanser and lotion.) It's gentle enough to use all over your face on a daily basis without being overly drying.   Excellent

  I bought the Proactiv Repairing Lotion to replace another product I'd been using for a long time with poor results. The Proactiv lotion blew me away! It works better than I could have expected. A couple of things to note about it: 1. You might not need to use it every day. I put it on my forehead every night, but I use it more like an on the spot treatment for the rest of my face. I found that if I used it like a mask every night, within three days my skin was dried out and flaking off. I've had excellent results using it as described above. 2. The lotion has a bleaching effect on fabric. When you're done applying it, wash your hands with soap. Do not just wipe your hands off on a towel or it'll take the color out of it. Also, be mindful of the pillow case you use if you put it on at night. Once the Proactiv dries it's pretty stable, but I still wouldn't rest my head on a prized pillow case while using it. 5/5 S.   I hate using the whole line of proactive... it was very tough on my sensitive skin and did nothing to clear up my face BUUUUUUUUT a lady at Origins (now my sole provider of face care)secretly told me to ONLY use step 3 of proactive under my origins moisturizer to help fight and prevent acne and KNOCK ON WOOD my face has never looked BETTER! I have been doing this for about a year and a half now and I can count on one (maybe two) hands of how many pimples I have gotten since! I am religious about using step 3 proactive now!   I've used this for about 3 years and i love it. I notice that when i forget to use it I will break out, but my skin goes back to normal once I start up again!!   Smells great, absorbs fast, moisturizes skin. Additional treatment I'd recommend after benzoyl peroxide cleanser.   Someone failed elementary math, and hopes we did too

  This product may work great (my girlfriend certainly seems to think so), but the math here is unjustifiably wrong and misleading. First of all, it says "50% more", but the only other available sizes of repairing solution are 2oz and 3oz bottles. Which are they claiming this bottle is 50% more than? If they're talking about the 2oz bottle, this is 100% more. If they're talking about the 3oz bottle, this is 33% more. It's not 50% more of either! Secondly, it claims this size increase is free, when it's not; the larger bottle costs more than either of the smaller ones. Now, there's nothing wrong with charging more money for more product, but I object to claiming "50% more free" when that's not at all true. "More" is true, but it's not 50%, and it's not free.   Works for me

  Ive always been a Proactiv user. But the only item I religiously use is the repairing lotion. The wash is to harsh, the toner is too drying. I have to moisturize a lot then use the repairing lotion. Acne treatment has always been known to be different for every individual, unlike a stomach ache.   Proactiv Solutions Green Tea Moisturizer is a Godsend

  I don't know what I would have done if this Proactiv Green Tea Moisturizer was not available to me. I use it several times a day. Just recently recovering from a flare up of acne and rosacea; the green tea moisturizer has helped me like nothing else ever, before. It's calming, soothing and cool. Makes the redness go away almost immediately. My skin feels so much softer, smoother. I did find however from the original tube I had; that the product I purchased from Amazon & Discount Beauty is an oil free formula? I called the company (Proactiv) and asked what was the difference? They just told me that the formula had changed, nothing else was different. The only major difference I personally could tell was that even though they are giving you .5 ounces more; it takes a whole lot more to get the same result. Nonetheless, I'd never be without it! Thanks Amazon, Discount Beauty and Proactiv.   Fights and prevents acne breakouts

  My skin is oily and acne has been a problem for me since my teens (I'm in my 40s). No product worked to minimize and prevent my breakouts until Proactiv came along. I used to buy the whole kit, but it got too expensive when the economy tanked so I wound up just buying the repairing lotion by itself and using a cheaper cleanser and toner.   My daughter has mild acne and has been given prescriptions for other medications, but we keep going back to Proactiv because it actually works. I tried to save money by buying an over the counter toner to go with the Reparing Lotion, but am having to puchase the Proactiv toner because it didn't work.I am amazed at how much better Proactiv works than anything else we have tried.   This moisturizer is very lightweight, absorbs easily and does a great job of hydrating my skin when it's been dried out by topical acne treatments. It also doesn't really have any odor, which I appreciate. I still do have breakouts occasionally but I don't think that this is a contributing factor, although who really knows?
