  This is a feathery light gel that absorbs into the skin very fast. I've tried countless moisturizer, but this one takes the cake.   Proactiv Solutions Green Tea Moisturizer is a Godsend

  I don't know what I would have done if this Proactiv Green Tea Moisturizer was not available to me. I use it several times a day. Just recently recovering from a flare up of acne and rosacea; the green tea moisturizer has helped me like nothing else ever, before. It's calming, soothing and cool. Makes the redness go away almost immediately. My skin feels so much softer, smoother. I did find however from the original tube I had; that the product I purchased from Amazon & Discount Beauty is an oil free formula? I called the company (Proactiv) and asked what was the difference? They just told me that the formula had changed, nothing else was different. The only major difference I personally could tell was that even though they are giving you .5 ounces more; it takes a whole lot more to get the same result. Nonetheless, I'd never be without it! Thanks Amazon, Discount Beauty and Proactiv.   Pricey but good

  I've been struggling with acne-based skin care because my skin is already so dry. (I started using Proactiv again and am making progress with the blemishes. Things did get worse before they got better but within weeks my skin has majorly cleared up.) So I decided to treat myself to this moisturizer. It appears to work well and is actually a smooth, non-greasy moisturizer with very little scent. The reason I have it 4 stars is because I think this and other Proactiv products tend to be pricey. I just recently tried the oil-free non-comedogenic moisturizer from Neutrogena seems to work equally well for less.   Causes Breakouts

  I have been using Proactiv products for years (I am 47 and have had acne since I was 15), and I really like the cleanser/scrub, the toner and the nighttime cream, but I'm not a fan of the Green Tea Moisturizer. Like many adults, who have acne and wrinkles to contend with, I struggle with finding a balance between moisturizing the aging skin and keeping it acne free. I was thrilled when Proactiv introduced a moisturizer for acne-prone skin. Unfortunately, every time I use it, my nose and cheeks explode with blackheads.   The Best!

  I have been using this lotion for over a year and I absolutely love it! Amazon is the only place I can find it now. In my area, they stopped stocking this product with the other Acne Free items. I have repurchased this over and over. I'm 45 and my skin tends to get a little oily as the day goes on. Since I have started using this, I go all day working in a hot manufacturing business without getting oily. It is silky soft, absorbs nicely and helps my makeup glide on smoothly. It has cleared up all of my adult acne and helps my pores seem smaller. My skin is very smooth and looks extremely healthy. I simply cannot live without this.   Calming and Clearing

  I've used this mask for years. When I was younger (teens and early twenties) I had oily acne prone skin and used the entire Proactiv system. Now that I'm 30 and my skin has dried out, I use this mask once, or twice a week to clear my pores and to calm inflamed pimples. It works best after a shower when skin is soft and the "gunk," in your Tzone is soft, too. I apply, hang out for twenty or thity minutes and rinse with warm water, or exfoliate with a warm wash cloth. Results are not permanent, but for a few days at least, bye bye blackheads.   I was once a Proactiv user and eventhough my skin is oily it became very dry. I quit using Proactiv and then realized I needed to use a spot treatment. I tried everything but it either left me looking blotchy or it overdried my skin. I ordered just this refining mask and use everytime I feel something coming on. It works over night!   So I've used tons of acne products, and when I say tons I mean pretty much everything that's available in stores, and then several prescription products. I tried Proactiv, and it really only succeeded in drying my skin out and actually making my acne even worse. The only product in the entire Proactiv system that I actually saw good results with is this refining mask.I don't use the mask on my entire face, I just use it as an overnight spot treatment. I use a cotton swab to just dab a little bit on the surface of any pimples I have on my face, I let it dry, and I go to sleep with it on.   My skin is prone to Acne but gets a little dry as well. It works Great to hydrate without adding anything oily to my skin. Doesn't break me out...absorbs fast too. It is very light weight. If you're someone who has combination/oily skin it will work great for you. It also gives my face a healthy look when I wake up in the morning.   Great for men, too...

  I noticed there were no reviews from guys, which is unfortunate. We men are stupidly told to use harsh soaps and alcohol-based aftershave...or be too effeminate. A college friend insisted I try her lotion. Within a week of of use, my face was clearer, less oily, and had less redness. My skin was much less angry for drying it out!This works great for me with my dry skin but somewhat oily nose - the alba is not oily but easily absorped and soothing (Some said it doesn't absorp?! I have to put normal lotion on my hands first or my hands soak all of this up!). I used cheap Nivea for men for a while, which is a bit greasy, and the expensive Art of Shaving process, which was alright. I have sensitive skin and thick facial hair so after shaving I needed something. I now shave with Avalon Organic's lavender stuff (which is great, even my gf likes it compared to her fancy shave goo), and I use this to calm any leftover discomfort.   Disappointed, despite the positive reviews.

  As other reviewers have mentioned, this moisturizer is very light - too light in fact, for me. It may be alright for the warmer, summer months, but it left my skin feeling stretched and dry quickly during the winter. Despite being so light and oil-free, something in this reacted poorly with my skin, leaving my chin dotted with blackheads. I've never had this problem before and it's taken weeks to get my skin back to normal. If it weren't for that, I would most likely continue using the moisturizer on days I didn't need something heavier.I love the fact that this company doesn't use animal testing, so I'm not ready to give up on them just yet.
