  This actually works (for me)

  This does seem to work, surprisingly, as described. It is a light non-greasy moisturizer, and yet it seems to help fight acne also, at the same time! I've almost completed the bottle and I will continue to purchase this product. It does help control oil (for a short while), doesn't sting at all, has a pleasant but light citrus scent, and it really does work double-duty as a light moisturizer and acne lotion.Update 3/23: This is still working for me, and I still love it.   Impressed so far

  For the past several years I used Aveeno Clear Complexion Correcting Treatment to prevent and clear the blemishes I get with hormonal fluctuations. It was 0.5% salicylic acid and worked well without over-drying my "maturing" skin. When it was discontinued, I bought up all the leftover tubes I could find...and when those finally ran out, I scoured the stores and internet for a replacement. I tried two or three pricey products. Not only were they drying, my skin seemed to "rebound" and I was getting what I would characterize as persistent, moderate acne. So there I was with a red, flakey, zitty face, when I decided to try the Neutrogena Rapid Clear lotion. I thought the 2% salicylic acid would be too much, but I'm happy to report that the lotion is soothing and not overdrying at all. I use a thin layer over my entire face morning and night. I have been using it for a couple of months, and in the first two weeks my skin did indeed "rapidly clear."   I use this spot gel on my occasional, mild to moderate acne and it really does diminish the appearance and pain of any emerging zits I get. It works especially well overnight when the skin is more relaxed. From personal experience, however, I don't recommend using such salicylic acid acne gels on large areas of skin over lengthy periods of time. In the past, it worked so well for me that I thought, "Why not use it as an everyday acne treatment to prevent acne? I could use this for my entire T-zone area!" How foolish that turned out to be, because I ended up with irritated skin and more acne where there formerly was not any. After all, it is called a "spot gel" for a reason. With that said, a small dab used directly on a zit will suffice.I feel the need to add a disclaimer here. As one of the other reviewers stated, each person reacts differently to different remedies, so it is advisable to try a slight amount first.   Love it, love my dog!

  This stuff works! It works better on my dog's hot spots than the drugstore neosporin cream plus pain reliever. It doesn't sting like the spray-on antibiotic (that the vet prescribes that costs much more and doesn't seem to work half as well). I usually mix the Zymox cream with the neosporin cream and rub onto each hot spot, they resolve very quickly and the dog stops licking and scratching at them. I also put it in his paws when he's licking between his pads. Amazing stuff.   Wish I found Zymox sooner!

  One of my cats has feline acne and my vet told me we just had to live with it - her with the itching and scratching and me with the nighttime annoyance of her suffering. I recently found out about Zymox Otic and that worked wonders for her ears and while looking around on Amazon I found out that there is an entire line of Zymox products. I got this one for her chin and within three days the spots were almost cleared up and her scratching was reduced almost 80%!   This stuff is great!! I ordered this brand because I had such a great experience with the ear product by the same ZYMOX company. My black lab was scratching and itching and had developed red patches of skin under his legs. I ordered the shampoo, conditioner, and cream...all ZYMOX products and used them for a few baths at the end of the summer.   I have suffered from a type of dermatitis since I was young. Most creams cause mild to sever itching and irritation when rubbed into my skin. This cream does not cause the reaction that most other products do. I have been using this product for two weeks now and have seen nothing but positive results.The product itself rubs into the skin well, and it is non greasy.   good overall, but not great for especially dry skin

  I really like California Baby products. They are organic and have low EWG ratings. They also smell great. This lotion is no exception. It is good as an everyday lotion for normal skin, but it wasn't able to moisturize my son's very dry skin enough.   This lotion is great - low on the Skin Deep database, moisturizing, and non greasy. However, the smell is very strong. For a baby, I would suggest the super sensitive lotion instead of this one (for the shampoo/body wash, conditioner, bubble bath, etc. as well).   I was using this oil for some time and SO love it! I tried both unscented and scented versions, but prefer scented for its very unique and absolutely gorgeous smell. It is 100% natural and I use it as my only body moisturizer. It makes my skin incredibly soft and glowy.I also made a great discovery when I started to use it as my eye makeup remover.   Anti Monkey-Butt Powder (or, In Spanish, "El Talco Anti Monkey Butt"...that's really what it says on the container) is fairly irresistible for people with deranged senses of humor. After all, if you need talcum powder, it might as well be able to prevent all the symptoms of simian buttock inflammation, right?As far as the product goes, it's really as good as any other talc-based powder. It does have calamine, which might give it a slight edge over other powders, but I have noticed no significant performance differences. Interestingly, the ingredients don't list calamine separately; they only list talc and fragrance.
