  Silky Smooth Face

  After an esthetician at Glen Ivy Spa in Corona, CA used this on me during a facial I had, I fell in love immediately. I had been searching for a great exfoliant that I could use to help me eliminate the dead skin on my face and the blackheads on the sides of my nose. As she explained it, the papain is a natural ingredient that removes the dead skin and therefore is much safer than exfoliant scrubs. Not only is it safer than scrubs, but it is safe and gentle enough for everyday use. After I came out of the facial, I noticed my blackheads were gone and my face was silky smooth once again. She said that blackheads formed because dead skin would be lodged into pores and as more and more dead skin continues to block the pores, they turn black and become the enemy, blackheads. By using this powder when mixed with water becomes a cream, it will help prevent the reoccurence of blackheads and your skin feels smooth again too.   Best Daily Exfoliant

  I use this every morning after I cleanse and before I use toner. It is after all called DAILY Microfoliant. You really only need a small amount. I like to wash my face in the shower, so it presents a small problem. Mostly because its a powder and you cant get it the bottle near water. However, I have found it reasonably easy to use and it works great. My skin looks and feels great.Its softer, more smooth and I have less breakouts. Its gentle enough for my combination skin.   Good, if it's what you need

  This is a great product, however it is seems to be pure moist and no oils of any kind.   excellent if you want to spend the money

  I had to write a review because I was shocked that this cleanser had such a low rating. First, yes, Dermalogica is expensive. (Although it doesn't have to be.) Second of all, I use their products based on what was recommended to me by Dermalogical facialists at their store, rather than picking whatever I like. This is not a harsh cleanser that will make your face sting. It's pleasant smelling and I actually do find it to be effective. Dermalogica actually recommends washing your face twice in a row with this product. I know that might sound like hogwash to get you to use more... but supposedly the first time gets stickier makeup off and the second time gets the remainder. I take the middle ground and use it three times a day-- once at morning, night, and after the gym. Why am I willing to pay way more for Dermalogica rather than going to the local CVS when I'm an incredibly poor graduate student?? So I should have known better- although it says for all skin types, this really isn't the best if you have mostly oily skin. It feels great at first, but the lathery composition of the face wash strips the oils which results in a little oil overproduction. My skin had cleared up after using Dermal Clay for so long, I thought I was in the clear. But after about 3 weeks of using this, I started breaking out badly again.   Intensive Moisture Balance is a great moisturizer that really does have a perfect balance in moisture without being greasy. Great for dry, pre-maturely aging or combination skin. After my pregnancy I found that my skin became much more oily and then this product started to cause me to break-out. I then switched to the Active Moist, which is better for oilier skin. I use many of the Dermalogica products and think they are a great skin care line. I recommend the line to anyone looking for skin care products. Other moisturizers for mature skin either cause acne (I'm 48) or don't provide enough moisture. The cream is rich, unscented and relatively inexpensive. I also use and recommend Dermalogica instant lift multi-vitamin cream for the eye area.   This product was recommended to me initially by my facialist at The Sally Hershberger Face Place in Manhattan's Meat Packing District. I was told it was an excellent cream for moisturizing and for treating signs of pre-mature aging (wrinkles). I bought my first tube, used it for about 8 weeks and was very pleased with the results.   Holding Steady at 47...

  I have been taking care of my skin since I was 12. I've run the gamut of under eye products, and now, as my eyes are beginning to show the signs of "ageing", I'm grateful I've found something as efficacious as MultiVitamin Power Firm. It is by far the BEST under eye cream I've used. I've been a user for several years and couldn't give it a higher recommendation.   I have used Dermologica Multivitamin Power Firm for Eye and Lip for several years. In the past, I experienced difficulty finding an under eye cream that would work well with my concealor, which I like to put on after the eye cream. Dermologica works the best with any type of concealor I have used and does not make it crack, flake, or rub off.I recognize it is a bit pricey for the small tube but a little goes a long way and tends to last me at least 2 months or more. I have tried other under eye products from Khiels, Origins, and Decelor to reduce dark circles, puffiness, and redness but I always go back to Dermologica.   A spritz or two makes ALL the difference!

  I never would have believed that a spritz on each cheek and 1 on forehead, with 1 on chin if it wasn't caught in the cheek sprays, could have such an enormous effect on the texture of my skin! There is a distinct difference in the way it feels on those days I do use the toner vs. ones in which I'm dashing off and skip it, or am doing heavy chores and don't bother. Even with the special cleansing gel, the daily microfoliant, regular use of skin prep scrub, and active moist, this clear, odorless spray still has a powerful effect.   Perfect for my skin type

  I'm in my thirties and have dry, oily AND sensitive skin. This cream miraculously addresses all these problems. My skin quickly absorbs the cream leaving it evenly moisturized without any oiliness.   I love Dermalogica

  This is one of Dermalogica's product I can't live without. I use it twice a day, almost everyday (I say that because sometimes, I get too tired and lazy) and it has lasted me 5 mmonths. I'm 46, live in a dry region and have combination normal/dry skin. This is the only product that has made my skin completely quenched. It's very emolient so most of the time, I leave it on for a few minutes before applying make-up. Because my skin is dry I use more than I probably should. The best time for me to put it on is before I go to bed. That way, my skin will have a chance to soak it all up during sleep. In the morning my skin feels great. I use it along my favorite Dermalogica products from the AGE Smart line and their basic line: Mutivaitamin Recovery Masque, Multivitamin Thermofoliant, Multivitamin Power Firm, Intensive Eye Repair, Skin Smoothing Cream.   Best thing you can use for oily skin

  I have extremely oily skin, and I have used a variety of cleansers that have been too harsh or too mild that it either leaves my face feeling either not clean enough or too dry. I have never had a favorite and I jump around all the time from one cleanser to the next on a never ending search for a good product. I discovered this product when i went to a high end salon to get a facial. I have never used a product that agreed so much with my facial skin. It has ingredients that gives your face a cool and tingly sensation. Not an uncomfortable burning sensation like some other products. When you are done with the day, your face is 2 or 3 times less oilier than usual. I don't know if it is this product or Dermalogica's Anti Bac Wash, but the big pores on my nose have decreased significantly. I have always had big pores on my nose and it is a shock for me to see them so small. This product is great for anyone with oily skin.   Love Dermalogica!

  I'm a 20-something black woman who had acne since a pre-teen. I've used Proactiv, Clean and Clear, Obagi, Mary Kay's acne line, etc. NOTHING ever eliminated or reduced the acne. For the last 6 years, I've been getting facials including extractions. My aesthetician only uses Dermalogica and I use it at home. If you were to see me, you'd never know I had acne. The products do seem expensive but a little goes a long way. I had an 8oz bottle of Dermal Clay Cleanser that lasted over a year... and I wash my face in the morning and at night! I upgraded to the 16.9 oz and cant wait to see how long it lasts.   Great for dry skin!

  My skin is so dry but I also have blackheads on my nose- this takes care of both! My skin glowed after just one use and it smells amazing. I feel like I'm getting a spa treatment every day.   Great cleanser/exfoliator

  This cleanser is wonderful because it contains lactic acid, which works as an exfoliant by dissolving dead skin cells while it cleanses. If you have sensitive skin it may not be the best product for you (depending how sensitive you are); it is also not to be used around the eyes or on the eyelids. This cleanser is great if used in conjunction with an extra exfoliant on mature skins, but also wonderful as a 1-2 punch on its own on more youthful skins who may not have the time or energy to cleanse in one step and then exfoliate in a separate step.   Dermalogica skin resurfacing cleanser improves the overall look and feel of my skin. I have hypo-pigmentation and after using this product the blotchy appearance of my skin was reduced. I would love to use it everyday, but I can not afford to do that, so I alternate days and I still see a significant difference in the look and feel of my skin. Plus I have less whiteheads and blackheads, I think this cleans so deep it stops them form forming. This cleanser can cause your skin to peel, so if you have sensitive skin, I suggest you use it once a week.
