  Had this for years!

  Essentially all the extractors are pretty much the same. I just happen to buy this on a whim years ago from amazon.com and I still have it years later! It works just as good as it did several years ago. It gets to the heart of the matter with busting down those nasty icky white heads. Make sure that you have a steady hand while apply pressure. Some times, it will take a few times with applying pressure for it to pop but it will pop! A good trick is to wash your face first and exfoliate ( is GREAT and its cheap) with your skin being soft from being wet and the exfoliation the pimple will burst more easily. You will see the puss than the blood. If you don't see blood then its not over just yet! Need to apply more pressure!   I found a very efficient way to use this. It works well for black/white heads

  When I got it first, I was excited and used it on dry skin. It did not work! Then, as per youtube instructions i "steamed" my face for 15 minutes over a pan of boiling water and a towel over my head. Then I used the tool. This worked okay, but it was a hassle and not as effective. I was like.... meh... Then one day it struck me that after my 30 minute cardio workouts, my body temperature stays higher than normal for at least another hour, and that the skin on my face gets moist from all the sweat coming out of my pores. So I USED THE TOOL RIGHT AFTER MY WORKOUT. And it got rid of ALL my black/white heads. Even though sweat comes out of different pores than sebum, I think the moisture coming out of my skin is better than steam at wetting sebum in my clogged pores. Also, I continue to sweat for atleast another 15-20 minutes after I am done with my workout, so that gives me enough time to get rid of the gunk on my face.   I just got mine yesterday and my skin feels seriously so much better! I'm 22 ad I've been suffering from acne over half of my life. I've been to so many different dermatologists, paid for so many visits and prescriptions, and have had so many allergic reactions. I'm so glad to find something that I don't have to worry bout the side effects and long-term effects. Note that I have many tiny, pore sized whiteheads and blackheads on my face, chest and back. They are mainly more firm, and not the runny, puss-filled kind. In other words, when I squeeze them, a firm whitish matter comes out. While washing my face today with a benzoyl peroxide wash, I ran this across my face and it got about a third of the acne out and brought about another third closer to the surface.   Awesome Little Tool

  I don't get a ton of blemishes, but when I do I can't resist the urge to pop the little buggers. My girlfriend pointed out one of these types of tools in CVS one day, but being the Amazon-addict that I am, I waited until I got home to order one online. This is a very well constructed piece of "equipment" and serves its purpose admirably. It does an EXCELLENT job of extracting white heads and black heads. One end is used for white heads and really gets all the gunk out, the other is used for black heads/clogged pours. This requires a bit more work, but still does a great job. Best of all, it doesn't leave my skin agitated and puffy like my fingernails do. If you get the occasional blemish, get one of these. They are cheap, easy to use, and effective.   I have a few, small blackheads on my forehead but my nose is riddled with them. It literally looks like my nose is covered with little black hairs. So gross. I actually never knew what they were, they just popped up one day and never went away. Of course this isn't the only acne product I use - like all good regimens, I use more than one product (mostly all Neutrogena though). Because I use more than one product, I can't say exactly which one has totally cleared my face for the past 6-8 months or so, or if it's a joint endeavor between the products that I use, but I was using this one before I added all the other ones onto the process.   I love this stuff!

  This product is really great. I use it every morning in the shower and it makes my skin feel so nice and smooth. I used to get a lot of blackheads on my cheeks and chin and the scrub has significantly reduced them. In so doing this it has also made my pores smaller. Just remember that this is a scrub and not so much a cleanser.   ***ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've used the original pore strips and they do a decent job, but they aren't amazing. If you have a lot of small blackheads on your nose, the original ones really only pulled out one or two, and the rest were just a bunch of fine hairs. I gave these ultra pore strips a try and they definitely do a better job. I had much more effective extraction of all those pesky tiny blackheads on my nose/tip of my nose. I've tried masks, manual extraction, exfoliation and nothing would do a great job clearing all those dots. After one use of these ultra strips, the tip of my nose looks MUCH clearer and the pores look noticeably smaller -- I was skeptical at first but I was really pleasantly surprised. In addition, unlike the original strips, these strips contain tea tree oil, so you can feel a refreshing, cool tingle on your skin... and if you've ever used tea tree oil, it works wonders on your skin and works as an antiseptic, which is a nice... 5/5 V.   Works, for the most part!

  The outside of my nose has been a problem area for me since junior high, as there was always an annoying amount of tiny black dots and little black hairs growing out of it. I'm sure most people don't notice them (my Indian skin hides them well), but I know they're there! Up until now, I'd handled them through daily washing and fingernail extraction (I've still got some scars from my early attempts...). Now that I'm doing better financially, I decided to "splurge" and "treat myself" to these strips. $15 for 6 strips sounds excessive, but I'm only really going to use them for big occasions, so I figured I'd try some before a Saturday event. The directions are fairly easy: wash your face and pat dry, then sprinkle some water on your nose, dry your hands, and separate the strip from the plastic.   This is a really effective tool. My face is always covered in white heads/black heads that I never could get rid of. The first time I used this, I removed almost every little embedded white head/black head from my forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin. Trust me, there was a lot that I visibly saw being extracted by this tool. I used this after washing my face in a hot shower. I also keep the tool clear as I use it by dipping it in rubbing alcohol inbetween extractions, and rinsing it off in hot water. You have to keep your face wet for this to work after a shower, cause only then will the black heads be visible enough/soft enough to extract.   It used to be a good product, but not any more.

  I bought two of these recently, and they are awful. Too bad because I bought one several years ago, and it was fantastic. The difference is in the manufacturing. The older version is like a fine medical instrument. The loops that are used to express the comedone are strong but very thin, well-angled and appropriately sized for the task, and smoothly finished. By contrast, the two that I bought most recently look like they were made by your average eighth grader in metal shop. The loops are not angled at all, are three to four times the diameter of those on the good one, and are coarse in both their dimensions and finish--in fact the edges are kind of sharp and they appear to be not finished at all. Both implements are completely useless for the task. No better than using a paper clip. Both the old and the new were made in Pakistan and sold by Revlon.   I opted for a more expensive brand and design over this one initially. I wish I'd have been cheap and just bought this one in the first place. The other one was sharp and it was hard to use without cutting the skin. Defeats the whole purpose of using a tool instead of your finger nails. Anyway, the loops on the Revlon gently coax out trapped white or black heads of all sizes. One complaint on many of these is that one loop is too big and, therefore, useless.   I've been using Biore products for several years and these strips are a great help in cleaning out my pores! I don't wear makeup, but my skin tends to get very oily around my nose, chin, and forehead. The combo pack is great for treating all three areas. The best way to use this product is to dry your face after a hot shower, so your skin is slightly damp, before applying the strips wherever your pores most need them. The product takes between ten and fifteen minutes to stiffen, and it does feel very strange while drying. It does not hurt if you remove them quickly and will pull out a lot of dirt from your pores. It takes practice to find the right skin dampness so that the strips don't stick too well, leaving sticky goo on your skin, or stiffen without attaching to what's clogging your pores. I'm always amazed at how many little columns of stuff are on the strips I remove. It looks disgusting, but it's much healthier removed from my skin!   this item is WORTHLESS!! I was very dissapointed... I was hoping it would work..for one the quality of the item is poor is a cheap plastic comparible to something you'd buy at the dollar store.   This was worth a laugh. It's really loud and sucks up a big hunk of skin, but it does nothing for blackheads.   We've had this incredible tool for over a year now, and wouldn't want to live without it! It works amazingly well, with two sizes to use, depending on your specific needs. It works 99% of the time, though there is the very rare moment that it might not work on a particular blackhead or pimple. Again, this is very rare! The people giving this tool bad reviews must be doing something wrong. I honestly can't imagine why they would say what they did. They probably didn't use it enough. This blackhead/pimple remover is far less damaging to the skin than trying to dig them out with your fingers, finger nails, or a needle, God forbid! Once I use the tool on a pimple, I cleanse the area, and put a blemish control cream on, and nine times out of ten, the area is 90% healed within 12 hours or less! Again, this depends on the blemish.   It works fine but it's pretty big and certainly not travel size. For those who don't know how, place it directly over the blackhead so that is shows through the opening and you push straight down, sometimes rather hard depending on how much padding is under the skin. Look which direction the pore goes (you can see the discoloration through the skin) and push so it can work straight out of the pore even if it is at an angle. Still trouble, experiment with wiggling it around just slightly as you apply pressure down. This help work it out. Also it helps if you do it soon after a shower. these don't work as well on the face, period. How hard the core is and where on the face you try to use it can be the difference between failure and success. This can work on white heads, but it will hurt more. Just make sure you gently open the top with a needle before using the tool and pushing down.   It is finally here...or I have finally found...

  My word, I had given up on ANYTHING clearing the blackheads on my face. I read the reviews and said ok let me try this. I have used products which have made my face worse but this one is awesome. I started seeing the difference in 1 week. The skin became smoother and the blackheads were actually drying. Two and a half months later, the worse side of my face is like how the better side used to be. The better side is smoother, not much is felt under the skin. The dark spots are lightening up, scarring is disappearing and I feel like I am getting my face back. Just make sure you moisturize morning and night and use a sun block.   Used the correct way it is Fantastic!

  I love this product! if you have ever had a facial where they use warm and cool sensations on your face you will like this. Be careful how much you use. My son over did it, and put a ton on his nose, after which his nose became red and peeling. The best way is to just message in a small amount where your blackhead is, I did this along with my usual skin routine, and within 3 days the blackhead gently rolled out of my pour. Both my son's use this and except for the one time he over did it, they love it.   Not what I expected.

  This product was the first warming clenser I used and I was turned off by it. It did heat up but at times I felt that it got way too hot for my face. It was uncomfortable. It sort of diminished my blackheads temporarily, not as much as I expected it would though. I felt that it brought out more along my chin because my chin felt more bumpy throughout the use.
