  Very effective and affordable

  In the last few years I started suffering terrible skin breakouts like crazy all the time. My skin was going from clear to blotchy red almost overnight and it was soo greasy too. The skin doctor I went to swore up and down that it all I was suffering from was just a hormonal imbalance and it would eventually pass but after taking prescriptions for it for three months, I saw absolutely no difference in my appearance. I began to stay inside all the time and also became very moody as well. I was so desperate that I probably spent a small fortune trying pretty much every kind of acne "cure" I came across in the stores. Then the doctor decided to give me another prescription but this time the stuff ended up doing nothing but making made my face even redder. I started using Acnefree and had fairly good results.   I honestly didn't think it would work.

  I have had pretty bad acne since I was 14 (Im now 20). I never thought I would even make it just a little better. I tried this stuff and after 2 or 3 weeks I noticed a huge difference. I have acne, acne scars and huge pores that are really visible. This stuff made all 3 of those things go away. My skin is starting to look smooth instead of like it has holes. A bit of advice for people who have just started using it: *At first this stuff dried out my lips and made them chap, that went away after a few days. *I noticed that the next morning after using the 3-step stuff, I would get the white-head pimples, then by the end of the day they would go away.   Freedom in 30 days!

  I am writing to thank everyone who posted their experiences here. As an adult acne sufferer it is easy to become hopeless- even when you're starting to see changes but they aren't coming fast enough. In this case, I needed encouragement to be patient and wait for the changes that were in store. I've been using Acnefree every day for the last month. I first came across a bottle left over in the shower at my gym. I used it because it listed benzoyl peroxide which is the only acne med that works (trust me, I've used them ALL) and tea tree oil in the ingredients.   Since I was 11 or 12 I've had acne issues - it started out mild but eventually my skin became oily and filled with acne; Now 18 years old, I've tried ProActive, Clearasil, and now this AcneFree system. First of all, let me say: Don't waste your time on ProActive. Of the three I mentioned above, it was the least effective. ProActive is just basically watered-down Clearasil, which is great for use on mild acne. However, for moderate to severe acne, I highly recommend this product. I've been using it for a little more than two weeks and, while my face is not completely free of acne (although I suspect it will be soon), it is much less irritated and my skin does feel softer. I don't have many bumps, just red blotches where the acne used to be. These mild blotches are going away each passing day. HOWEVER, I must state: while this product is great for severe acne and works well (yes, better than ProActive, in my opinion) I would NOT recommend using it... 4/5 Kelsey L.   Worked BETTER than Proactiv!!

  First off I want to explain that I have had terrible acne off and on (mostly on though) for the past 8 years. I had to be put on Accutane my sophmore year for 6 months in high school and then again my freshman year of college for another 3 months. I have been struggling ever since then and needed an alternative to dermatoligist bills and prescriptions for acne treatment. I was having extremely painful and frequent breakouts in the later half of last year and in early November I happened to stumble upon this product. I had my doubts because I had already given Proactiv a couple of tries in the past. The first week of using the 4 products in the package my face became EXTREMELY dry! At first I was worried because it would always be a little red and irritated for the first hour or two after going through the routine.   I only started breaking out with acne in my early thirties. After trying the Loreal adult acne system for 2 months & Proactiv for 6 months with minimal results, I decided to give this a try. Yes, it made my skin very dry the first few weeks but I used a moisturizer over it kept using it and got fantastic results.   Finally, something that works for me!!!

  I am in my mid-40s and have been suffering from ever-worsening acne for some years. It was much worse than when I was in my teens, and had gotten to the point where I felt truly embarrassed about my skin. It was especially bad with the hormonal fluctuations of my menstrual cycle. I tried MANY different products, both over the counter and prescribed by my doctor. Nothing seemed to make the slightest difference. I had tried Pro-Active, as well -- nothing. Acne Free Sensitive has made a HUGE improvement in my skin! I won't say it is perfect all the time, but blemishes are much fewer, smaller and clear up much faster, without leaving a mark. It worked better when I started being fairly liberal with the step 3 (benzoil peroxide) cream. My one complaint is that you can't buy each product seperately. I don't need a lot of moisturizer, so I always have lots of that, but run out of the other things.   Finally!

  I have been using this for almost 2 years now and I am very happy with the results. 1-2 months after using it, my face started to clear and it has been clear ever since. Suffered adult acne for 10 years, I am now in my early 30s and I am just happy something finally worked. Was on oral antibiotic in the past, planned for pregnancy and stopped the meds. Acne free worked well and got me through pregnancy as well with clear skin. I noticed that I start to break out if I don't use so it is definitely doing its job. I only hope it could be sold separately because I run out of the lotion first more than anything else.   Really works!

  This product does everything it claims. It clears up acne gently and moisturizes your skin at the same time. It also moisturizes enough so you don't have to use another moisturizer afterwards. I used to use Proactiv and I have really oily skin that dries out easily if I use too harsh of products. I find I have to have a delicate balance of acne clearing ingredients and moisturizers otherwise I have either really oily or really dry skin. Before using this product along with the Power Foam Wash has made my skin clearer, smoother and softer then I ever saw it while using Proactiv or any of the other systems I have tried. I love the tingling sensation I get after using this and how light it is on my skin. I went from having a bunch of zits on my forehead to very small if any zits on my forehead.   My skin isn't completely covered in pimples, but I am always breaking out, including those deep, painful ones. I got super diligent about my skincare a few months ago because I was tired of being in my mid-twenties with the skin of a teenager.   I used ACNEFREE SEVERE for 6 months to clear up my moderate acne that i've had for 4 years. it didn't cure it but my acne is "under control" i started using the ACNEFREE purifying cleanser, witch hazel, acnefree severe repair lotion (10%benzoylperoxide), and cetaphil moisturizer. I couldn't find the ACNEFREE SEVERE repair lotion sold alone, so i was getting tired of paying $23 at walmart and only using one item out of the 4 products. I bought this to see if it was a good replacement..   First off, I'm in my early 20's and have combination type skin with occasional, mild to moderate acne. I used nearly two whole ProActiv systems before switching to a Neutrogena kit and have found that this clears up my skin much better and faster. I find it very convenient that the Day Lotion includes SPF 15, whereas the ProActiv Repairing Lotion doesn't, even though ProActiv advises you to use sunscreen with their system when going outside. That would probably prompt you to buy their oil-free moisturizer with SPF 15 as well ($$ smart business move $$), thus adding another step to your skin-care regimen. I would recommend anyone with my acne/skin type who is thinking about subscribing to ProActiv to try Neutrogena first. Anyway, the Neutrogena kit lasts around 5 months for me. I still get an occasional zit or two, but with less frequency than I did in the past. I use a Neutrogena Rapid Clear spot gel for that with success.   Finally, help for adult acne!!

  I am in my early 30's and have been experiencing severe and embarassing break-outs along my jaw line, chin and cheeks for the past couple of years. I have tried Murad, Proactiv, AcneFree and many other systems without success. A month ago I picked up the Neutrogena system when I saw it on sale. Within five days days my skin started to clear.   Works great for me

  First of all, I understand that not every product will work for every individual. But, this one is far exceeding my expectations. I did some research online before I bought this. What I found was that what seemed to work the best for people was a combination of salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. I looked at the wide array of acne treatments I had at home and they were ALL salicylic acid, but no benzoyl peroxide. I thought it was worth a shot. I'm 35 and acne runs in my family. My mom still has it. I was starting to develop very deep, painful acne that would heal in one place and then show up in another place. Nothing I was doing was getting rid of it. I found this Neutrogena system and I noticed some improvement the very next day. I'm a little over a week into it now and I can't believe the improvement!   Have suffered from Acne since I was 13

  I've had acne since I was 13, I've been under all sorts of pills and topical medications including Accutane (which did keep me acne free for about 5 years) now that I'm 33 I still get about 6 pimples per month but do not want to start taking medication as I plan to get pregnant again soon. I started applying a thin layer of this everynight to my whole face and it has done the job, I've only seen 2-3 pimples in the last 4 months since I started using it. It does not dry my skin since I apply a moisturizer about 2mins. after applying the terminator.   Best I've found so far in 10 years

  I'm 24 and have been dealing with acne since I was 14. Around age 17, I even tried Accutane for 9 months. My acne is persistent and moderate in the coverage of my face. This product is the best I have found so far. It doesn't totally prevent new pimples from forming, but it takes them down in size and redness with one or two doses at most. I don't get many white heads anymore because it rarely gets to that stage. I use this twice a day, and I cover my entire face (whether parts of my cheeks or forehead need it or not), and while I'm not completely clear, I feel significantly better about my appearance.   Affordable, Amazing and it works!

  I only have a few breakouts here and there, but when my face breaks out, it goes out with a bang! And so does this spot acne treatment! All it takes is a few dabs to the affected area and its gone after just a few applications. However, I've learned that if you actually squeeze the pimple a little (just enough to get the pus out) and then apply the oitment immediately after, it seems to make the pimple go away within just a couple of days. (even tho I'm also aware ur not supposed to pop your zits, but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do, right?) This product has even worked on my nodular acne (where I get on my forehead and chin). Theyre very painful and actually under the skin. Most nodules require laser treatments bc theyre so severe (altho I cant afford that kind of treatment) So I find it amazing that this product seems to suppress my nodular acne too!   My husband took prescription meds for acne and they didn't work as well as this product!!! It is worth every penny and more. I swear by this product! Buy it and use all three products for a week and you will see dramatic results!!!   No more break-outs!

  I'm in my mid-forties. I've been fighting break-outs since I was a teenager. Once I found and started using the Acne-Free system, my acne has subsided. If I follow the directions, it can be a bit drying, so I adjust the frequency of use. Sometimes I add a little face lotion with sunscreen right over this product, and it hasn't been a problem.
