  I find it works quite good, i've been using it now for 5 years and stops the breakouts from getting out of hand, but i would say that the other products in your skincare regime should be made for your skin too, don't just depend on just this, it is good for clogging and for painful pimples or white heads, i use it with a mild exfoliating cleanser and make sure i moisturise well with an oil free moisturiser afterwards.   Worked for me.

  I was disappointed because I paid full price in a pharmacy based on the claim that this "visibly reduces spot size and redness in 4 hours". It doesn't. I tried it a few times on my face and back and the product is the same as any other Benzoyl Peroxide cream. There are marginal results after a couple days use so I'm not sure if the cream worked or if the zit was going away anyway. But it does not do anything in 4 hours.   I have been a fan of Mario Badescu for a few years now. I do find that his lotions are great for sensitive, acne prone skin like mine. I had always been to dermatologists, wore little face make-up and regularly applied expensive topical creams impatiently awaiting results. When someone recommended his drying lotion, I was skeptical. NEVER has anything, not requiring a prescription, worked for me in the past. I bought it at a trade show and was instantly hooked! There's no need to apply it all over the face, just the inflamed area. If you apply to fresh acne (I do not recommend applying when it's already in the drying process, you'll risk flaking) your blemish will be gone in just a couple days. Improving atleast 50% in just the first day alone! I'm just ordering my 3rd bottle now.   Great for General Acne, Not for Cystic Acne

  I have used products in the MB line for months now and have tried various products including the buffering lotion, silver powder, healing powder, drying mask, special healing cream, and of course the drying lotion. Out of all of them, I like the drying lotion best and reach for it most often over the rest of the MB line that I own. As others have stated, it is best used in the evening, since it is not formulated to work with makeup. Apply with cotton swab and dab on each pimple until coated in "pink," and let dry. Typically the pimple(s) are greatly reduced by morning, if not gone, which is why I love this product. For an acne treatment intended for evening use, this is the best I have found. Kate Sommerville makes a similar product, but it did not work nearly as well, so I would skip that one if you were thinking of going with that one instead.Please note that this product does not intend to clear up stubborn cystic acne.   WOW THIS REALLY WORKS!

  I am 30 and I get the occasional breakout from stress and hormones. This stuff smells funny, like old-school Clearasil, but it really does work overnight. It took away the redness and shrunk the pimples I had.   It works! and for under $10.......

  I just bought some of this for myself and my daughter. I'm 34 and she's 15. I'd already tried Proactiv in the past and it did nothing for me except make my face moist. The only part of Proactiv that gets rid of bumps is the Sulfur Mask. Most people don't even realize that it's the only thing from Proactiv they need to buy to get rid of the acne, the other stuff is to take your money. So I thought to myself, why not find another cheaper solution that had both Sulfur and Zinc Oxide in it(same ingredients as in Proactiv). Proactiv's solution has 4% sulfur for $20(less on Ebay), while Bye Bye Blemish has 10% sulfur for only $8-$10.My acne is not as prominent as my daughter's because I do the daily facial washing regimen and care. Being 15, she sometimes forgets to thoroughly wash her skin as often and she also touches her face alot more. She gets really bad blackheads and whiteheads on her cheeks, nose, forehead and chin.   I love this stuff!

  I have been using this product for about 2 years and am very happy with it. It can be a little bit drying if you use it everyday.   Good but don't over - do it.

  This product is good for surface whiteheads only. Only use pinhead amount on the very spot. Do not spread on more skin than that or apply more than one time. It works to dry it out - but does not heal the skin beneath - so as soon as you can stop using and apply healing moisturizer to the tender new skin. (sorry for the graphic descriptions) This product is good in a pinch / not for large areas of the face or any kind of longterm solution.
