Everyone has woken up with a mortifiying red zit on their nose or maybe a patch of dry skin on their scalp or an odd mole on their shoulder. What we need to remember is our skin is the biggest organ on the body and these skin disorders are just as much psychological as their are physical.

Could the pantene conditioner be giving me acne?

First of all, I normally, never ever get zits. Recently I ran out of conditioner and I decided to buy the pantene medium thick conditioner for frizzy hair. Ever since I started using it, Ive noticed that Ive been getting acne on my scalp and along my hairline, and also on my back. Has anyone else gotten acne from pantene before?
You could. Pantene is a pretty hefty conditioner. Having so much conditioner could make your hair greasy and the access oils on your hairline will do that. I only condition every few days because of that.

An excellent product (highly recommended)... but overpriced.
I am highly skeptical of most men's grooming products (most of them suck or are not needed) but this pre-shave oil works! I get a noticeably better shave (I have stubble that is difficult to shave) and I will use it for life. Three negatives exist. First, there is no shaped opening so it is hard to control the amount going onto your palm. Second, it makes your hand greasy and it cannot simply be rinsed or wiped off but it needs to be washed off. Third, it is somewhat overpriced. Despite these negatives, it is a super product! The smell is masculine but most of all - it gives you a much better shave. Love it!
2nd time buying this product and love it. Its especially good for people with dry facial skin. If you skin is naturally oily you may not really like it. Flawless
I had been planning on switching from the expensive, $6 per cartridge razors to a good, old-fashion safety razor for a while. In this planning, I hard read several tips which recommended a pre-shave oil. After not finding any in my local area, I found the Anthony Logistics for Men Pre-Shave Oil on Amazon's web-site.I have been extremely satisfied with this product! My main concern with using a safety razor was its lack of lubricating strip that my expensive disposable cartridges had. Well, this pre-shave oil provides an extremely comparable experience when I'm using my safety razor. As I told my friends who have recently switched to safety razors, its like putting the lubricating strip all over your face!I was a bit concerned at the price versus volume of oil, but a little bit goes a long way. I have gotten about 6 months out of my first bottle and am getting ready to order my second. The Intensity Will Not Increase, It Stays Barely On
Like Maria, that is happening to me too. I liked the device alot, and it was working fine. I am a medical esthetician so I know how to properly use the device. Now all of a sudden once you turn it on, it stays at the lowest possible setting even if you turn the knob to increase intensity, I have to turn the whole device in awkward postions to try and increase the intensity, but it doesn't last, and goes back to barely being on, I'm afraid it will just stop working all together. 2/5 A. Great product great price
My mother runs skin care salons in Colorado and has been using high frequency machines for over twenty years. The machines are VERY expensive. My daughter has reached the lovely teen years and finds her skin breaking out from time to time,as my mother lives several states away going to her for the HF machine was not an option and the salons locally charge crazy prices for treatments. So i took he plunge and bought this one... not much of a plunge as it was very inexpensive. WE LOVE IT.Great price and beautifully packaged, easy to use. I use it for skin toning and it works a treat. BUT BEWARE>>> ON ALL OF THESE MACHINES THE GLASS IMPLEMENTS ARE VERY FRAGILE!!! We have been fine with ours, but friends who have bought this sadly jammed the implement in too far to the wand or used too much force and they broke. Speed healing for at-home facials: portable High Frequency device for acne/pustules!
So far I've used 2 out of 3 electrode wands: the mushroom electrode for the face (not yet on my body, but I read something that it was good for cellulite) and also the point electrode for spot treatment on my face. My aesthetician always uses this on me at the end of the facial after all the peels and extractions to reduce the redness and also make acne/pimples/pustules and also inflammation/redness go away faster. Please note that this is better for pustules, not black heads. She was selling it for a comparable price, but at least there is no tax here. The electrode wands are easy to insert but it seems difficult the first time because the electrodes seem fragile (glass). The whole unit comes with a nice reusable black case with a protective area for the electrodes, as shown in the photo, but I wish I could store it without having to remove the electrode. However, that would probably have a higher chance of breaking the electrode. I have had facials for over 20 years and have ALWAYS insisted that they use their high frequency machine on me...because they work so amazingly at killing bacteria, and getting rid of bumps on my face. I was told about this machine, did my research, and have been using it now for about a month. I keep getting compliments on my face, which appears to just be more youthful looking, and smooth. And when I use it to "zap" any pimples that I get every now and then I wake up the next morning and it is GONE!I HIGHLY recommend this to ANYONE! Fast and Good
It is Thursday, July 8, and my order arrived today. The machine is as described. I opted for Argon rather than Neon in the electrodes, and that is exactly what I got. It works perfectly. All parts are in perfect condition. The storage case is rather nice to have as it protects the electrodes well. The order was placed on July 2.
