If it can be, it is better than the first!
I purchased an early copy of this at my school auction and could not put it down, finished in 2 days! The banter between Sarah and Dimity proves even more than before, the true 'sole' mates they have found in each other and how they share that with everyone! There are technical chapters, yet S and D make it so easy to understand, it shows a deeper side of running between the two authors, yet magically you are part of the 'running' conversation - as if the two of them are right there with you. S and D are teachers and friends regardless of how many miles you run, fast or slow...This book meets the needs of ALL WOMEN RUNNERS regardless of miles, races, mother or not, fast slow or somewhere in between. At last!
I am so excited to finally get my hands on this book! This is a must have for any woman, mom or not, who is looking to train for a race or who is on the fence about whether or not they should toe the line. It's written in the same approachable, witty style as Run Like A Mother - smart writing with laugh out loud funny parts. The training plans are realistic and adaptable. If you've listened to their Another Mother Runner podcasts and you know what these women sound like, you can almost hear them reading the words right off the page to you. I'll definitely be using the half marathon Finish It plan, because I'm coming off an injury and want to make it across the finish line injury free. My husband is planning on following the marathon Own It Plan, because he has a serious PR within his reach. Tacky as %*&^
I was really excited for these refills to revive the bedazzler from my childhood and bring back the 90s. HOWEVER, I wouldn't put these "jewels" on the ugliest piece of clothing I own. The actual studs are different even from the picture on the box -- false advertising much??? The "jewels" are tiny and have an ugly silver border that covers up about half of it (which you won't see pictured on the product). I would return this in a second if the shipping cost I would have to pay weren't 2/3 of the cost of the product. I found out about this tool at a salon when I went for a facial cleaning and the skin care technician used it on me; at first I didn't see what it was, but she kept on saying that "a lot" was coming out. It hurt a little, but it didn't leave any red marks. So at the end of the treatment I asked if I could see the tool, I was too curious; then I went home and ordered one. It's great! Lots & lots of stuff comes out! But you SHOULDN'T use it if your skin hasn't been washed and pores opened. It's best to do it right after a good shower (I usually wash my face in the shower). Does it hurt? Of course it hurts a little, but it also hurt at the salon, and we don't complaint when a professional is doing it. IF your skin has been soaked enough with warm water you shouldn't have to press so hard for stuff to come out; you should run it through the target area, not hold it down on one spot (that's what causes the marks). **Note: works best on nose, chin, and forehead; not good on your cheekbones. 4/5 N. If blackheads and pimples are an aggravation to you, here is the right tool to get rid of them. We've all heard that using your fingers to mess with blackheads and pimples can cause scarring and other problems. Using the extractor is easy and it works very well. well made but too thick for me
i bought this and a lancet also from suvorna together, which makes less scarring because the lancet pokes a small hole for the acne to come out.i used to have a lancet plus remover that i've been using like forever, but it was my mom's, so when i went study abroad i know i need to get my own. the one that i had has a thin wire loop as a remover, and i think this might have affected my opinions on the suvorna remover, just kept that in mind for now.because of all the good comments i saw so i decided to give it a try. i looked online on guides on using the suvorna specifically but the suvorna website is not up yet. i also read some websites on how a flat remover can provide more even forces on the surrounding skin of the acne which can cause less scarring, hence i was really excited to try the suvorna acne remover.however when i try to use it on my acne, it's just too thick, even after i poke a little hole with my lancet. i tried to use the flat side... 3/5 Janis Lai "j" (Boston, USA / Hong Kong) - See all my reviews, August 13, 2010

Do your homework--it really works!
I have extensive experience in the medical field and have owned the Zeno Product for quite some time. After reading the reviews, I can no longer remain silent. This is a wonderful product that has NEVER claimed to be a substitute for good hygiene. It is a very effective product for when good hygiene fails (and, thanks to Mother Nature's ways, good hygiene will inevitably fail no matter what skin care regimen you have). I have never had a pimple that Zeno did not work on (including my hormonal and cystic acne). And, I did my "homework" before buying this product, as I would also encourage you to do. It was very clear to me from the beginning what types of acne Zeno may not work on (it is CLEARLY specified in the owners manual that is published on the Zeno Website). It actually works!!
Okay, I'll admit I was very very skeptical.... but it works.....It really does! I am 33 years old and have moderate acne that is very difficult to treat. For about the past year or so, I had been using 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide twice a day, every day. Yes, it's basically a recharable battery and a heating element. Yes, it is expensive. [..].I really wanted to rip on this thing and call it junk, but I have to admit IT WORKED. I've tried it about 5 times and it's helped tremendously. On a couple of occasions, it actually did work overnight! Amazing.So I'll gladly put up with the price tag because ultimately my social life is worth it. Plus, it's cheaper than going to the dermotologist (who in my experience, really can't do a damn thing.) If not for batteries, I would give it five stars. It does reduce the number of breakouts and makes the existing ones heal much faster. It is especially helpful for cysts, that are not affected by topical medications such as salicylic acid, sulfur and benzoyl peroxide, and for whiteheads. The only con is that it requires batteries replacement about every 50 uses. I thought there was something wrong with the batteries I bought and seriously thought about complaining to the store until I saw the other review. The more you use this unit, the more energy it seems to require. I do have about five trouble spots on my face, but moving the unit around my face twice a day can burn up 3 AAA batteries in less than two full uses. But when I first got the unit, the batteries lasted a few days, now I'm lucky if I get through a morning or evening session. It does seem to help my acne (or at least it keeps me from touching my face with my hands), but I have gone through two packs of 20 batteries in less than a month. 2/5 Debra D. Overpriced and too expensive to operate
If you don't mind replacing the batteries EVERY day, this is a great item. Warning! You will burn through three AAA batteries per day with normal use. Research this item before you buy it. It's a better investment to buy the full size, rechargeable unit, because the cost of batteries to run the portable one would cover the difference in price between the portable unit and full size one. Also, note that this unit only runs for 1,000 uses. That's not much when they tell you to use it three times per day per zit. Best Over the Counter Acne Product Money Can Buy
I've tried many over the counter and prescription acne products, and this one is definitely most effective for me. It is a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide solution which is actually more effective than the 10% solutions and is far less irritating. It's name is "On-the-Spot," but my dermatologist instructed me to use is all over as a preventative measure, as it is relatively gentle compared to some other treatments. Just use a moisturizer with sunscreen after applying it. As with ALL benzoyl peroxide treatments, there is a risk of bleaching to clothing. I've noticed that it really only bleaches lighter colors, such as pastels and some grays, but I've never had it bleach anything with bold colors such as black, navy, gold, etc. 5/5 0, January 19, 2009

My Sis-in-Law works for Pro Active, so I get samples/returns of that. My mom works for my doctor, and the dermatologist in their office had her use this. Then, she gave me some to try. Pro Active is okaaay, but this stuff works better. I was wondering what it was, and I looked at the active ingredient (benzoyl peroxide), and this actually has more than Pro Active. Duh.....
Recently had a breakout, 2 huge pimples on my face. I decided to aggravate them further by doing all of the dumb things a person my age should know better than to do (squeeze it, try to "pop" it, use the wrong facial products, etc.) Well, one of them evolved into this hideous crater on my face. Great. I finally decided to go and purchase some pimple cream. After dabbing this product on the other pimple, it disappeared THAT SAME DAY. I'm not playing around any more. I've learned my lesson. I decided to aggravate them further by doing all of the dumb things a person my age should know better than to do (squeeze it, try to "pop" it, use the wrong facial products, etc.) Well, one of them evolved into this hideous crater on my face. Great. I finally decided to go and purchase some pimple cream. After dabbing this product on the other pimple, it disappeared THAT SAME DAY. I'm not playing around any more. I've learned my lesson. Oh, and I also purchased a salicylic acid product along with this, that also claimed that the user will see results within a day's use. Well, I used it on a couple other problem areas I had, to see which product was better, and the Persa-Gel came up the winner. Quick results but VERY drying
I've been using this on my (incredibly stubborn and mainly cystic-type) backne as well as on my face (only moderate) and it's working very well - much, much fewer blemishes coming up, and the ones I had there are healing within 2-3 days when they usually take several weeks to heal. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks and I saw the results within the first few days. If you do use it on your body invest in a really good body butter though (I use The Body Shop's hemp body butter) because it is quite drying, and invest in a really good moisturizer for your face as well. I'm experiencing some drying and peeling on my shoulders, and flaking on my face, but my acne is clearing up much better than I expected. It's also much, MUCH cheaper than Proactiv. For any wiring job!
I have been working with this product for quite some time. It is truly an amazing piece of equipment. No EST installer should be without this in their toolbox. It comes with 5 6' flourescent green push/pull rods. Also it comes with a bullnose (has a hole to feed wire through) which is great for fishing up or down insulated walls, and an Egg beater attachment which is extremely useful when fishing through drop ceilings. Each rod can be linked via the threaded ends to give you 30' to work with, plus... Here is a neat little trick I learned by accident. If you get yourself a nifty Blue LED flashlight... you can use it to locate these rods in dark areas... the blue light causes the rods to literally glow in the dark when you shine it on them. THE best tool to get wire in a wall
If you do residential or commercial electrical or low voltage/network wiring, this is the most indispensable tool for running wire in finished walls! The spiralled and molded design of the fiberglass allows it to bend where other standard non-spiralled sticks would break and splinter. This is one of my favorite tools and well worth the money!!! Not impressed
Read so many great reviews about this product...figured I couldn't go wrong. Was really suprised at the cheap design, particularly of the "chain" at the end of the one piece to hook something on to. It got torn off the first time I used this to install audio wires in a wall. had to rig ot with a bunch of tape.
