  I went to the Apple store to replace the original earbuds with remote that came with the iPhone 4, and found that they charged $29 for the replacement. That seemed high, so I checked to see if there was a better price on Amazon; I found these and ordered them. They are exactly the same earbuds that come with the iPhone for 1/3 the cost. In fact, I later found my lost ones and they are now mixed up--I can't tell the difference between the original ones and the replacement ones, in form or in function.   I'm the first to defend a product when I believe that customers are unfair in reviews. I've been told in fact that I've been too generous in my reviews. When I recieved this product I was so excited to use it. I used it, and i did absolutely nothing.   decent instrument

  Just got this today and tried it out. Overall, I'd say it is a decent instrument for the price tag, although something like $5 or 10 may have been more appropriate. It feels well-made, and comes with a small, discrete leather-looking cover for storage. My only complaint is that the tips come unscrewed if you hold it incorrectly.It doesn't really do anything spectacular. The rounded end works just about as well as tweezers for "extracting." I liked the sharp "lancet" a bit more... you could probably get a similar effect by using a sharp sewing-type needle, but this tool's "spade" shape probably works a bit better. I think the main reason to consider this product would be if you want a separate instrument specifically for this purpose - if you don't have needles and tweezers to spare or don't want to get yours dirty. Also, do not buy this if you cannot stand any pain.   Bottom line: Not worth the time or money to order. Ineffective at blackhead removal. Used the method in the manual as well as several others to no success.   This is a nice little piece for facial cleansing.

  Be aware that this tool has separate end pieces that will arrive reversed inside of the handle tube. At first, I thought that the two end pieces were missing. Just unscrew the end threads and the lancet and extractor are within the handle. This is a nice little tool that does a good job if you know how to be careful with your skin.   I was introduced to the Pores No More Pore Refiner this summer when I was experimenting with ways to cover the blackheads on my nose. After about 1 month of using this I was surprised to see that my pores became significantly smaller AND I had much fewer blackheads!!   This is a really effective tool. My face is always covered in white heads/black heads that I never could get rid of. The first time I used this, I removed almost every little embedded white head/black head from my forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin. Trust me, there was a lot that I visibly saw being extracted by this tool.I used this after washing my face in a hot shower. I also keep the tool clear as I use it by dipping it in rubbing alcohol inbetween extractions, and rinsing it off in hot water. You have to keep your face wet for this to work after a shower, cause only then will the black heads be visible enough/soft enough to extract.Just drag the big loop of large areas to extract many white heads at once, such as your forhead/chin.   It used to be a good product, but not any more.

  I bought two of these recently, and they are awful. Too bad because I bought one several years ago, and it was fantastic. The difference is in the manufacturing. The older version is like a fine medical instrument. The loops that are used to express the comedone are strong but very thin, well-angled and appropriately sized for the task, and smoothly finished. By contrast, the two that I bought most recently look like they were made by your average eighth grader in metal shop. The loops are not angled at all, are three to four times the diameter of those on the good one, and are coarse in both their dimensions and finish--in fact the edges are kind of sharp and they appear to be not finished at all. Both implements are completely useless for the task. No better than using a paper clip.Both the old and the new were made in Pakistan and sold by Revlon.   I opted for a more expensive brand and design over this one initially. I wish I'd have been cheap and just bought this one in the first place. The other one was sharp and it was hard to use without cutting the skin. Defeats the whole purpose of using a tool instead of your finger nails.   Comes in very nice packaging, great set of tools.Each tool can get screwed onto the handle and easily interchanged. However, the loop tool, which i tend to use the most often, became loose after a few uses and does not screw on right anymore.   I found out about this tool at a salon when I went for a facial cleaning and the skin care technician used it on me; at first I didn't see what it was, but she kept on saying that "a lot" was coming out. It hurt a little, but it didn't leave any red marks. So at the end of the treatment I asked if I could see the tool, I was too curious; then I went home and ordered one. It's great! Lots & lots of stuff comes out! But you SHOULDN'T use it if your skin hasn't been washed and pores opened. It's best to do it right after a good shower (I usually wash my face in the shower). Does it hurt? Of course it hurts a little, but it also hurt at the salon, and we don't complaint when a professional is doing it. IF your skin has been soaked enough with warm water you shouldn't have to press so hard for stuff to come out; you should run it through the target area, not hold it down on one spot (that's what causes the marks). **Note: works best on nose, chin, and forehead; not good on your cheekbones. 4/5 N.   well made but too thick for me

  i bought this and a lancet also from suvorna together, which makes less scarring because the lancet pokes a small hole for the acne to come out.i used to have a lancet plus remover that i've been using like forever, but it was my mom's, so when i went study abroad i know i need to get my own. the one that i had has a thin wire loop as a remover, and i think this might have affected my opinions on the suvorna remover, just kept that in mind for now.because of all the good comments i saw so i decided to give it a try. i looked online on guides on using the suvorna specifically but the suvorna website is not up yet. i also read some websites on how a flat remover can provide more even forces on the surrounding skin of the acne which can cause less scarring, hence i was really excited to try the suvorna acne remover.however when i try to use it on my acne, it's just too thick, even after i poke a little hole with my lancet. i tried to use the flat side... 3/5 Janis Lai "j" (Boston, USA / Hong Kong) - See all my reviews, August 13, 2010

  Acne Stress has cleared up my adult acne!!

  I've been using the Acne Stress Power-Cream Wash (not the scrub) for about 3 weeks now and my skin is the clearest and softest it has been in a long time. I'm 28 years old and suffer from adult acne. It's not that bad but I almost always have bumps all over my forehead and a few large, red ones on my chin, jaw-line area. I've tried countless washes but this is the only one that works for me. Within about 5 days the bumps on my forehead were almost completely gone. And the rest of my face had cleared up completely. I don't know what makes this wash different than the rest but it is the ONLY one that has made my skin soft and gorgeous. I LOVE IT!!!! I use it with the Neutrogena Pore refining toner (which I must admit I didn't use a toner before), and the Neutrogena spf 15 moisturizer. I am SO happy with the results that I am no longer afraid to go out without make-up on. I'm 28 years old and suffer from adult acne. It's not that bad but I almost always have bumps all over my forehead and a few large, red ones on my chin, jaw-line area. I've tried countless washes but this is the only one that works for me. Within about 5 days the bumps on my forehead were almost completely gone. And the rest of my face had cleared up completely. I don't know what makes this wash different than the rest but it is the ONLY one that has made my skin soft and gorgeous. I LOVE IT!!!! I use it with the Neutrogena Pore refining toner (which I must admit I didn't use a toner before), and the Neutrogena spf 15 moisturizer. I am SO happy with the results that I am no longer afraid to go out without make-up on.   BEST face wash I've ever used

  This is the first review I've ever written on a product I've purchased from Amazon. Often, if a product is no good, I just won't purchase it again and move on with my life. If a product is satisfactory or good, I'll (selfishly and lazily) keep it to myself.I'm coming down to the end of my fourth bottle since May of 2011. I LOVE THIS STUFF! It is is the _greatest_ face wash I've ever used. So of course I was compelled to write a review.I started getting acne about 10 years ago when I hit my 20s - and it got progressively worse until I was about 24, until it kind of mellowed out - due largely to prescription Accutane.   whitehead and blackhead extractor is not as good as I expected

  This tool is good in the sense that it has kept me from using my finger nails to pop zits. However, even with use of this tool I have experienced some minor bruising and scarring on my face.
