  it works!

  I bought this for a dollar at Dollar General and gave it a try. It really does work. I use it on small areas on my face if i have a breakout and only at nighttime. By morning I have noticed a big difference on the size of the blemish and within a day or two it's gone!   Good for regular skin not sensitive

  Was horrible for my sensitive skin, dried it out, caused redness, rawness, irritation and even more breakouts. It's as if wherever the benzoyl peroxide touched my skin, 5 more pimples on the area grew.   Doesn't live up to its claims

  I usually get a few of those big, red pimples around my period or when I'm super stressed out, and I decided to try this out. It did absolutely nothing but make my skin burn for a few seconds, and the skin around the pimples got dry and flaky.   I purchased this product about 6 weeks ago. I'm in my late 20's and have severe environmental allergies with dry, sensitive, blemish prone skin. This product has not been effective in treating my mild acne. It's very drying and almost makes my skin worse! It seems to exacerbate the area and cause more zits to form. Plus, it's rather pricey for the amount of product you receive. It seems like a lot of great things are advertised on the packaging that are impossible to occur in the typical person's 8-hour night sleep..   Miracle Pen

  I used this product about 2 months ago and I noticed how helpful it was. But I ran out, and couldn't find any stores that carried it.I ended up buying the overnight paste which I thought would essentially be the same thing. Big mistake.I used the overnight paste for 3 days straight and my face started breaking out EVEN more, even creating clusters of pimples where I slapped on the paste. I was by no means slathering paste on my face so I was getting a little worried.I ended up ordering more of these gel pens and the first night I used it, ALL my pimples had subsided. The redness was diminishing and I could tell it was a HUGE difference.The main issue is possibly the fact that you're not using your fingers to put the medication on your face, and you don't spread the bacteria.   I have had acne since puberty. I'm now in my 30s and I was still searching for something (over the counter or prescribed) that took my acne away fast without drying my skin too much. This paste does just that! Within hours of noticing a breakout if I put this on, my pimple is gone! It doesn't take much at all either. I put about the size of a tip of a ball point pen right on the zit itself and by the morning, its no longer painful and less red and on its way to gone!   I'm very happy I found this, as it's the thing that has cleared up my skin. I've been struggling with fairly mild but annoying acne for several years. I've tried many scrubs and washes. Some, like St. Ives, were too harsh. I actually found that medicated ones made my skin worse. I started using this, and my skin is almost completely cleared up! The beads aren't too harsh and the formula is mild, so it doesn't dry out my skin. However, it's strong enough to exfoliate and clear out my pores.I have combination skin that is dry but oily in the T-zone. It's very sensitive, but this wash has been great. I've also had luck with Aveeno face wash.   Best Over the Counter Acne Product Money Can Buy

  I've tried many over the counter and prescription acne products, and this one is definitely most effective for me. It is a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide solution which is actually more effective than the 10% solutions and is far less irritating. It's name is "On-the-Spot," but my dermatologist instructed me to use is all over as a preventative measure, as it is relatively gentle compared to some other treatments. Just use a moisturizer with sunscreen after applying it. As with ALL benzoyl peroxide treatments, there is a risk of bleaching to clothing. I've noticed that it really only bleaches lighter colors, such as pastels and some grays, but I've never had it bleach anything with bold colors such as black, navy, gold, etc. 5/5 0, January 19, 2009

  If not for batteries, I would give it five stars. It does reduce the number of breakouts and makes the existing ones heal much faster. It is especially helpful for cysts, that are not affected by topical medications such as salicylic acid, sulfur and benzoyl peroxide, and for whiteheads. The only con is that it requires batteries replacement about every 50 uses.   I thought there was something wrong with the batteries I bought and seriously thought about complaining to the store until I saw the other review. The more you use this unit, the more energy it seems to require. I do have about five trouble spots on my face, but moving the unit around my face twice a day can burn up 3 AAA batteries in less than two full uses. But when I first got the unit, the batteries lasted a few days, now I'm lucky if I get through a morning or evening session. It does seem to help my acne (or at least it keeps me from touching my face with my hands), but I have gone through two packs of 20 batteries in less than a month. 2/5 Debra D.   This is one of my favorite face scrubs ever. I suffer from dry skin and this is the only product I've found that leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and moisturized. I recommend this to anyone with dry or combination skin. If I stop this product for even one day, my rough dry skin reappears. This product gives my skin a beautiful glow and makes it feel clean and moisturized all day. ( Now I never have to apply lotion anymore to my face, which sometimes causes breakouts for me) I love to use this scrub before applying my foundation because it goes on so perfectly now.   This scrub is the fiercest I have ever used. Clean & Clear calls it a "unique exfoliating scrub" and they're not kidding. I love the large crystals and the intense warmth, though I would prefer the warmth linger for a minute. My face feels super-soft after using it, but some people (such as the previous reviewers) might say their face feels like it's covered in a film. I think I have an explanation for this:The primary ingredient in this warming scrub is called zeolite, a mineral with a micro-porous molecular structure.
