I purchased the Nature's cure spray, along with the pills and the lotion. I started using their products about a week ago, and have seen some serious results!People are already asking me what I am using for my face, and it is completley clearing up like crazy! I know there are so many ways to make money today that even yelp cannot be trusted. People have been telling me that Yelp is a for profit company so that means that we should not fully trust all reviews online. Anyway, I'll make it short simple and to the point. This entire book's message can easily be summed up on about one page - the rest is filler. Basically, his "treatment" involves fasting on apples for 3 days and getting frequent enemas. I think recommending something that extreme, especially to teenagers, is irresponsible and dangerous. Plus, you're acne isn't cured after following his recommendations. You have to repeat the apple fast and enema every couple weeks! I recommend saving your money and finding something more practical. Bought this product and was a bit skeptical because no other pills had worked (i think i became immune to the effects of antibiotics). I had terrible (hormonal)cystic acne that was painful and unsightly. I felt like at this point I had nothing to lose and decided to try the pills. I don't know why this product works when topical creams didn't do anything but it works. I had acne, a lot of it. And it would not go away. My acne started getting bad when I hit my twenties and has progressively gotten worse. I've tried every kind of over-the-counter acne products, prescriptions, etc. without relief. My last prescription from the dermatologist was terrible and after 4 months of waiting for the "worse before it gets better" to arrive I finally stopped using it altogether and began using Sudden Change Scar Zone Acne.Initially I purchased this product in hopes of fading the horrible scars from my last breakouts on prescription meds and hadn't realized that in addition to helping fade it would also treat acne. I have extremely sensitive skin so I was a little worried I might have a reaction to the cream, but decided it was worth a try at least.
